Last weekend, I bit into a blueberry muffin and immediately felt something pulling. When I looked closer, I discovered that a long black hair was baked into the muffin itself. I have attached a photo and a video clearly showing the hair embedded in the product.
This was extremely unpleasant and concerning from a food safety and sanitation standpoint. I wanted to report this incident so it can be addressed promptly to prevent it from happening to other customers.
I wrote a letter to the customer service, in hopes they would rectify the situation, but have yet to hear anything from them.

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts!! I’ve ordered twice on DoorDash! Both times my wrap was completely cold, I don’t even think they warmed it AT ALL!! My iced matcha latte is majority oat milk and ice, no matcha!!

Every time I come here I get consistent poor customer service, and the food/drinks are always low quality/dry/cold. Comparing to other Dunkin’s, this one is definitely of low quality. A shame considering the Tim Hortons up the street is much better

I go to this location because it’s close, not because I prefer it. I order the same drink almost every time, and there’s like a 50% chance it’s made wrong. I’ve legitimately ordered the same exact drink 2 days in a row and gotten 2 completely different drinks. I order through the app so that the order is written out for them and there’s no verbal misunderstanding, so I don’t see a reason for this. The location is also dirty most days. I always see them sweeping and mopping the floor, but the tables, chairs, and stools often have coffee stains on them (and I see the same stain for days in a row). I can honestly say that I’ve had great food and drinks from this Dunkin’, but only about 50% of the time…

Idk what theyre doing but the coffee ALWAYS tastes old and dirty like they havent made a new batch since they opened. And just like a lot of the reviews say, they add waaayy too much milk. The best way to explain it is milk with watered down dirty coffee. Its horrible every time. They get new staff constantly and its always the same

The best Dunkin I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been too many! I actually witnessed one of the employees come from behind the counter to help out a handicapped man. I love to see that!

Good location right on Main st. and fairly spacious inside. Coffee is usually good for a DD. The staff ranges from very good to barely adequate depending on when you visit. They are often understaffed in the mornings to handle the number of customers they get which results in long wait times. I frequent this location because I’m often working in the area.
There are often local derelicts loitering inside and outside the building. For some reason this part of town is a haven for bottom feeders. The most annoying thing about this store is their practice of requiring patrons to ask for a “token” which they supply, to use the bathroom. Apparently the restroom had been vandalized in the past and this is the reason they say they instituted this.
I’m not sure what their logic is in believing this will protect the bathroom since they allow anyone a token to use it whether they’re a paying customer or not. Even with this measure, the bathroom is often filthy. The management here needs to step up and start keeping the non paying loiterers out and get rid of the inconvenient token machine on the bathroom, and do a better job maintaining it.

The bathroom was clean. Yes the coffee I ordered was perfect. People was lined up yet the line moved smoothly. For the only DD in a small town if the get rid of the token system to use the bathroom. Five stars is there’s to own.
