I ordered a large coffee at the drive thru this morning at approx. 7:15. I handed the attendant a $20 dollar bill 2 quarters, a dime and a penny for a drink that costs $3.61. (The $20 is the only bill I had at the time). I received 2 $1 dollar bills as change. I stated to the attendant that I handed him a $20 bill. He stated it was a $5 bill. I restated my claim has did he without rechecking anything. Being late on my ride in to work, I drove off truly annoyed paying $18.61 for coffee that cost $3.61. Thanks DD. Went to buy a frozen coffee no sugar. Got the coffee with sugar and the boy at the drive thru said he made it and didn’t add sugar. I told him I drink this coffee everyday and there is definitely sugar in there.
Ask him to remake it and he said he’s not making another one. Ask him for a refund and said he was not giving me a refund. As him for a manager and said there is no manager available at the time!
I didn’t even get a receipt for my purchase!
Will not go back to this location ever!

Your regular Dunkin’Donuts but with outdoor sheltered seating. This location has reasonable guest wifi at 50/25Mbps but it’s not too VPN friendly your experience may vary.

Dude got upset with me for asking about 1 cup of coffee. Waited 10 min while the drive thru was humming along I was standing there like a moron. Also the other employee was trying her shoes on front line didn’t wash her hands and kept making drinks.

While we were going through the drive through the lady who was controlling the speaker was rude and didnt answer when we asked questions when we tried asking for a simple request of creamer and sugar and she only gave us sugar and then closed the window on us.
