I was in this dunkin for over 30 minutes. 20 minutes of that waiting for a bagel twist toasted with veggie cream cheese. After waiting that time I went to the counter to ask what the hold up was where I was greeted by rude and confused employees. Then the worker wearing the green day threw the bagel twist at me rudely saying they didn’t tell her about the cream cheese as if that’s my fault. terrible experience can’t wait to call management in the morning

This is a very average Dunkin location…nothing special. The customer service is decent and the atmosphere is pretty blah…they are one of the Dunkins that also serves Baskin Robbins ice cream. Not the best Dunkin I’ve been to, but also not the worst. ☕

This is a really good Dunkin’. I was a hurricane refugee for a week and used this as my office. Their iced tea was excellent, and that’s coming from someone living in the south, where we drink it like water. By the second day, the staff knew my order. The doughnuts were fresh. The staff was very fast and friendly. This is a high volume Dunks. I’m originally from Boston, an this place met my high standards of DD. They have a Baskin-Robbins, which had 2 or 3 flavors that were milk free. The cookie dough one was delicious. Next time I’m in town, this will be where I work.

Giving 5 stars because not only is service generally fast and accurate here, but your employee (7/2 @ noon) was exceptional. And offered to go above and beyond by offering to help carry a large order while I was carrying a baby. I will always choose to go here when possible!

Been going here for years but as of lately the Mobile orders have been messed up every single time. You ask for a buttered bagel toasted they will give you butter in a cup in the bag with no knife to spread it. Very inconvenient. Also ordering iced tea with sugar and no sugar just straight black tea disgusting. It’s a shame they do the opposite of everything you order.

The service here as of late quite frankly sucks. It does not meet the standards of the area much less standards anywhere. They ignore the people waiting, they always have a scowl on their face, it shouldnt take 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. whether there is a line of customers on a saturday or 2 people standing there at 6:30 in the morning on a tuesday the staff is constantly overwhelmed with zero leadership in control of the situation. One day I ordered a box of dozen donuts and simply asked for one row of chocolate glazed and one jelly, the girl looked at me like I had two heads. Zero understanding of what I was asking for, which was a very simple request. The mobile orders take priority over EVERYONE else which is ridiculous.
