I am a repeat customer at this location, and beginning to get upset with the quality. My iced coffee’s are becoming more and more ice, and less and less coffee. If I am paying $5 a coffee plus tax for coffee, I expect coffee.. Not Ice. There is a reason that Starbucks took have the business away from Dunkin, as soon as they opened. This is why..

A total disaster is about all I can say. A busy drive thru but almost noone inside. I ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich 5 minutes before arriving. The coffee was ready and waiting but the sandwich took 15 minutes after arrival! There were 8 teens laughing and joking about and a manager who was obviously flustered. I will never return to this location again!!
