There are several DD locations off of Route 130, but this is by far the best and the only one I go to now on my way to work. They’ve never messed up my order (either live or through the app) and have incredible customer service. If the line is long but I’ve ordered ahead with the app, occasionally one of the workers or even manager will come outside to my car to give me my order and speed up the line. Today they even packaged my two donuts in a 10 count-munchkins box so they don’t get squished in my bag! I get greeted by name when I arrive, and everyone who works there is unfailingly friendly and polite. Love this place!

This dunkin is horrible, I live very close to it so I’ve been there multiple times every time I go my ice coffee always taste old very bitter like the coffee was sitting out every night. Hash browns always soggy. Sad part is this Dunkin has been like this since it opened. I went yesterday and it was the last straw I ordered a Carmel craz latte that was watered down the espresso wasn’t fresh tasted like they had it brewed early in the morning and was sitting all day. Definitely the worst Dunkin On rt130 new management is definitely needed

Horrible experience. The owner was sitting inside at a table by the window like a customer but all the doors were locked. Midday no reason to be drive through only and no signage until you got to the door itself.

Stores need to have updated and accurate pickup options. I have an oversized truck that can not go through a drive through lane. Upon arriving to the store for in store pick up after ordering in the app, the doors were locked with a drive through only sign on the window. The store also did not answer their phone for assistance. Very dissatisfied.

Sometimes they are great with the order but, when they are busy they mess up a lot of peoples orders . I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me a coffee with extra whole milk and extra sugar. Please double check that the drinks are correct before giving them out to people. I even asked the woman if they this was a hot chocolate and said yes. Clearly it wasn’t ….

This morning was NOT good. The young lady at the drive-thru had ZERO idea on what she was doing and my iced coffee was completely burned. I threw the whole thing away. Dunkin Donuts should have a time frame on coffee. It should never have a burnt taste! Also, when it’s busy. Don’t have people at the register who don’t know what they’re doing. She balled up napkins to give to me and she also didn’t give me a straw. Horrible!
