I placed a pick up order. When I received a text saying my order was ready, I went in. Another female customer was waiting. There was one man behind the counter pulling dough and fixing pizzas. He didn’t say anything. A few minutes later another younger man came up front and went to a different side of the kitchen and appeared to be boxing & labeling orders. He also said nothing. After a few minutes, the young man came up front, and handed the lady in front of me her order. He then asked me for my name and went to look for my order. It was fully completed and he told me it would be a few more minutes, apologizing. Two more customers came in. It took several minutes before the younger man finally acknowledged the waiting customers saying he would be with is as soon as he could. During this time the phone was ringing often, and the young man would have to stop and answer. One call was a a customer asking where his delivery was. The young man apologized, asking the caller to give the driver a few more minutes. I eventually I received my order, with the young man apologizing for the wait.

Ordered Pizza and Wings from them via DoorDash. Absolutely the worst Papa John’s I have ever had. Much better from other locations of theirs. Pizza was way overcooked and the wing orders were ridiculously small. Way over-priced as well. Just about any other local pizza location is better than this. Worst I’ve had in a long time. Never again from this location.
