Papa johns is pretty lame. Super thin pizzas with skimped toppings. One of my pizzas was a shakaroni and it looked like the regular xl pizza i bought. Not loaded down with pepperoni like the pictures. Wanted to see what it was about and super let down. Pizza is way overpriced for what you get. I dont know what up with the staff, there was literally a dude wearing his pajamas working in there, couldnt be bothered to take a shower and change his clothes before he came to work. If you want substance taste and value id say cross the freeway and try Marco’s. Way better!

Ordered delivery on 10/15/23. DoorDash was used for delivery which was quicker than expected. I typically order extra cheese on my pizza because most places skimp on cheese these days. There was definitely no extra cheese on the pizza and there was barely enough to call it a regular portion. Sad. Also they just poor sauce into the box over the wings, so don’t expect your wings to be coated in the sauce that you ordered. Pizza did not taste like what I am used to from Papa John’s. The dough was extra doughy, not cooked all the way and tasted off. Maybe they have started using a new dough, but it was not right either way. Overall, this Papa John’s location is subpar at best.

Ordered a garlic epic stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese through the app. Apparently, the app itself has an extra “no sauce” option even if you select original sauce, so beware of that. I don’t blame the store for that though. However I was missing the “epic garlic” portion of my stuffed crust pizza when it was delivered. And when we called the store to let them know of the issue with the order, the only thing they would address is the missing sauce that wasn’t their fault (refusing to address or correct the issue with my pizza selection that DID show up correctly on the order details). Very frustrating situation with the service to not have our issue heard and it not be corrected. Have had some minor issues with orders in the past, but nothing like this with the service. It’ll probably be a while before we try this location again.

My pizza, delivered by Doordash, arrived fresh and hot! I got all of my dips I’ve ordered. Too bad they weren’t generous with the extra pepperoncini. I ordered 1 extra and I usually get a handful but I got what I ordered. thanks though for the pizza!

They got my order wrong. I ordered cheesesticks and they send bread sticks that looked thrown around in the box. I ordered extra pepperoni on my pizza and they barely put any pepperoni on the pizza. I asked for well done and the pizza was barely cooked.
When I called the manager had a “matter of fact” attitude about the order being incorrect. I’ve never experienced this before at this location but this was terrible. I will never order from there again.

Particularly within the last 12 months, this store has gotten increasingly better. Delivery Team is excellent. Pizza is always quick, hot, and good; even on Friday nights when it’s super busy or Tuesday night when you might be afraid that they may be understaffed and slow, they continue to deliver with consistency and excellence.

I received the wrong order twice. I’m assuming it was a misunderstanding when the order was placed. Sara was very pleasant to speak with and she fixed the order the correct way and sent it out to us. I am very happy to have spoken to her. Ask for Sara if you are having any problems and she will definitely fix it for you.
