Used drive thru the other morning between 7 am and 7:30am thr employees are always very nice my issue that day was the food I could not believe when I got home that the manager would of allowed it to go out should have been thrown away!!! I know now to never go back there that early again.

I asked for a medium ice carmel latte and i got a hazelnut cold brew with cream. I never had an issue with anyone taking my order at this location. I was very disappointed that my order was wrong and I was already way too far to turn back around. Almost $6.00 was wasted because I ended up throwing the whole thing away. Very disappointed today on my service.

Missing lots of coffee in my order here just sad. It’s like the 4th time that I’ve haven’t said anything just going to the one near Home Depot. Just way better service and they don’t judge people openly and loud about it to the next customer. It’s OK I’ll be back and hopefully will have 1 or 2 stars to add to this bad experience. I really love the employees at this location; they’re super funny & friendly! I tried the new chorizo and egg wrap but it was way too spicy for me and lacked flavor. Also DD needs to get better cups and lids for their hot drinks because my coffee cup started to kinda disintegrate then came apart and spilled all over ACME’s floor which was embarrassing and sucked because I didn’t get to drink any. But those are corporate problems and not store specific so I definitely recommend this location! If I had gone back and let them know about my experience I bet they would’ve been happy to accommodate me because that’s just the kinda energy here.

The absolute worst customer service. I like down the street so I tend to come to this location once in a while. The drive through takes forever for one coffee. They don’t even acknowledge you. I don’t know how they stay open.

Came through the drive thru line today and can I tell you the amazing customer service and care I was given! I was so happy to be there I had to go in and say hi to LAYLA! She was awesome my morning couldn’t have started off better without her! Definitely will be making this a daily at this particular store. The staff she has trained was even wonderful. There isn’t a lot of great service out there but this Dunkin in particular makes you feel cozy and warm like you’re at home!

I have been there for coffee and donut. I went inside store however, I noticed that they don’t care about inside customer. They were gave first preferred to drive in customer. I went around 2 PM I can say that donut was not fresh.
