Horrible experience in the drive thru. Received cold snakin bacon told the window attendant they said it’s suppose to be cold. Ordered a vanilla latte they added 4 other things in it I didn’t not ask for like cinnamon sugar & Carmel drizzle, when I was very specific about my ingredients. Then To top it all off my moms hash browns had a price of plastic in it.

Poor customer service. I ordered a donut and ice coffee. I tried to use my coupon offer for a free ice coffee and for some reason the offer wasn’t working. The kind lady at the register spoke to the manager about the difficulties . The manager said there’s nothing she can do about it. She made it clear she didn’t want to resolve the situation. So I paid for my order and then received the wrong change. I asked for a receipt and the manager gave me an attitude.

Worst dunkin in the State of New Jersey. Made an order at the drive-thru had to park up because they mess up. Then waited an extra 30 minutes until order finally arrived. Order was also missing two! items. The frozen coffee that I received first is now a water down coffee. Never again! If I can give this a no star I would.

The manger is a poor excuse. They run the kiosk in the mall, truth be told. They like to ruin peoples’ hours. Play dirty games with employment. Instead of being direct with reasons for firing, they’ll do illegal things, like ruin your time card, don’t pay hours direct, and shorten your pay. She is consistent with her attitude towards staff. What she is doing is illegal. More concerned with the power trip. It’s truly the gateway for their country. They use and abuse the locals that are trying to work. There have been many that try and she makes sure that they don’t progress. It’s been this way for years. Someone should do something about it.

I wish the personnel taking my order would listen to modifications. Do I have the option to modify my drink? Because every time I ask for LESS sweetener or syrup it gets ignored. It’s enough to completely throw off my entire morning! Next time I will just go to Starbucks. I’d rather pay a little more and get exactly what I asked for.
