This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. My order is wrong every single time. I am constantly asked “what?” after clearly stating my simple one drink order. It’s everywhere from the wrong size to looking like a glass of milk. They do no listen. Zero percent success rate with my orders being correct. Will never go again, I advise you do the same.

terrible. i work across the street so i walked up to order, and they flat out lied to me and said they were closed. the inside was closed so there was no way i could order inside, but i don’t have a car so i walked up to the window, and they refused to serve me. not only that, they lied and said they were closed when they didn’t close for another half hour. terrible service and employees.

Some DDs should just stop making food. If you are going to sell food it should at least be edible. The photo attached is supposed to be a Three Cheese Croissant. I have no idea why you would even serve this to someone. For complete disclosure they did put another one in the bag that was half edible proving they knew the other one was disgusting. This unacceptable.

The best and most friendliest Dunkin around. The employees, the wait times, everything here is superior then any South Jersey location. It’s a pleasure stopping here during the morning commute. Always greeted with a friendly smile and a good morning. I cannot rave about this location enough. Keep it up!

My order is never made correctly. But usually close enough. Today takes the cake. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with butter I in turn received a plain bagel with butter.. I asked for a pumpkin iced coffee with a little tiny bit of cream and I received a Carmel iced coffee with liquid sugar and almond milk, they got the second coffee correct. Not sure how this happens but I hope it gets corrected. What’s the point of ordering when 1/3 is the only thing correct? Hopefully things change. I’ve also seen the owners yelling at the employees…

As soon as we entered this disgraceful establishment we were scolded by staff, because even though it is not locked and there are no signs anywhere not to enter, apparently you’re not supposed to go inside and only use the drive-through. Thankfully they passive aggresively welcomed us in anyway and took our order. I soon began wishing that we had gone through the drive-through instead because the floor we stood upon was sickeningly sticky beyond belief like standing on fly paper. My footwear is now cursed but the coffee was tolerable. 3 stars.

This place always screws up my orders. I also paid for my food via mobile and after 10 minutes of waiting at the order speaker, I drove to the pickup window and seen my coffee cup sitting waiting to be made, 5 minutes later I tried to go inside but the doors are locked. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve had out of them all, go to a different location!

Absolute terrible service. Literally two cars in the drive through (including mine) and the order took approximately 15 minutes to process. With that in mind, they somehow still messed up a cold brew (black) which entails pouring coffee in a cup and handing it to the patron. I am normally very patient, but the time issue is EVERY TIME you go here, and to top it all off, I was notified I was overcharged 3 dollars for the wrong persons order. THERE WERE TWO CARS IN LINE. Don’t go here if you have some place to be. Go to a Dunkin closer to your destination. Or literally anywhere else.

Honest to god the worst service i’ve ever had at a restaurant. At the very least, they’re not rude to you anymore, but i’ve been going to this Dunkin as kind of a novelty thing because they mess up your order every single time. On top of that, you can’t even make a left turn back into the parking lot, so good luck getting it fixed or getting a refund. Go to the one on Egg Harbor instead
