This morning I went and ordered my regular espresso coffee. I was asked to pull up and wait while they made it, no problem of course. However, when my drink was brought to me it room temperature. So i road back around and let the clerk know the coffee was cold and would like another. To my surprise i was handed a hair fill cup of coffee. So, again, I went back and went inside this time to let the clerk know there was hair in my coffee. I noticed the lady sweeping and the other associate behind the counter lock eyes and smirk at each other. I let the one behind the counter know that I wanted a refund and she called the one sweeping to let her know my request. The lady turned to me and stated ” it wasn’t and. hair when we brought it back out to you.'” I again requested a refund and she tried to tell me because its been a half an hour since i left that it wasn’t possible. I requested the manager who was a little more reluctant to oblige me. I will never. step foot back at this establishment because if they did it to me, they’ll do it to you. Be safe out there.

The service was not that friendly.Acted like they were mad when I asked them for a napkin because they do not keep them out for people to get themselves or any thing sugar, Splenda sweet n low etc.They also keep bathroom locked at all times I thought bellmawr was a nice neighborhood the way they’re acting like it’s not a nice neighborhood

Small dunkin but fast service,they dont have drive thru so is much better to concentrate in store customers.Barely 4 tables but still a great pit stop right here on 73 on your way to the turnpike.

I pulled up to the drive thru and the girl asked if she could help me. It was 6:30 so They were still open for 30 more minutes. I ordered coffee and she said we’re all out. Who throws out coffee with that long to go. After I said so you have no coffee yet you asked me if you could take my order, she proceeds to sigh and take a huge breathe like she’s disgusted. What a horrible employee and place I will never go to again. I’m a huge Dunkin customer for over 30 years. Screw them!!!!!!

This has got to be the worst DD I have ever been to. I went through the drive thru and ordered bacon and cheddar omelet egg bites, snackin bacon and bagel minis. I get to the window and am told to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside and my food hadn’t even been made yet. Then I am told that they are out of the bacon and cheddar egg bites. It took me over 15 minutes to get my iced coffee, snackin bacon and stuffed bagel minis. Their drive thru service sucks and they cannot keep up with the demand of the drive thru. I will not be coming back to this DD anymore.
