The coffee, food and service is ALWAYS exceptional!!! You feel important when you come here, especially if you’re a regular because they remember your order! The line is long but moves quickly and there is ALWAYS smiles on the Staff’s face!

There are 3 dunkins in this area and this is the ONLY one that makes our stuff right. They actually listen to your order and make it how you like. I only go to this one. The owner Peter is friendly and knows his customers by name. Great place to grab coffee.

I normally don’t care for dunk in donuts coffee but on this day our electric had been out for a whole day. So the coffee was delicious and at just the right strength.. Also my son and I spent quite a amount of time in the store because our phones had no battery. The staff were very courteous and caring ..The had a large amount of business coming in and out. I highly recommend this Dunk in Donuts they care about their customers.

Have been going here for years but lately going at 5 AM to sit there for 10 minutes and not be served, when I called I was told they get in at 5 to start preparing for the day and will not help anyone until the coffee is finished. If this company is not ready for customers at 5 as they state they open then do not open until 5:30 AM or have your employees come in 15 minutes early to make sure they can serve customers when they open.

If i could give 0 stars I would!!!! I ordered the Peach Passion Fruit Dunkin’ Coconut Refresher and my drink came back unfinished it was supposed to have coconut milk in it and it came without. Why false advertise on door dash a drink you can not make? Usually I turn the other cheek but this is not the first they have messed up an order, it is constantly through the YEARS I’ve lived in the area. unprofessional, very disappointing, and unreliable.

Horrible service. They close at 10, we showed up at 6:30 and stood inside while one lady mopped and two others stood talking. They ignored us for almost 5 minutes before my wife and I walked out. I hate wawa coffee, but at least they acknowledge me.

I hate that this is the closest DD to me but it never has donuts. I typically role up later in the evening but it’s not really an excuse for a place dedicated to donuts and flavored coffees. We’re not talking about a couple of missed times either; it’s a systematic lack of donuts after 6pm. If you’re in a hurry and see a small line, I recommend you drive past. 4 cars averages 10+ minutes when I visit (I work night shift so after 6pm). To top it all off, when they finally have donuts… there is never a French Cruller to be had.

Watched about 5 cars behind me in the drive-thru line peel out after waiting over 15 minutes and not even reaching the order screen. Took me about 25 minutes overall. Meanwhile it’s 1PM on a weekday, not a time where a line at a coffee place should take a half hour. Employees were very nice, not their fault. Seems like the company is setting them up for failure with scheduling. Not enough people working during the early afternoon shift, leaving the 1 person taking orders and making food/drink hung out to dry if there happens to be a large influx of customers, like there was today.
