I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, just awareness. Service was efficient. I requested a cup of water, and they charged me almost $2 for local tap water. Ridiculous, a sleeve of cups is probably no more than a $1. Also, the cup of coffee we ordered wasn’t filled all the way.

Horrible. Pair $9.04 for refreshers. Went back and the Indian store manager was rude and never offer to re-make the refreshers instead he said I will give you your money back. I told him no problem and asked for a receipt. He handed me the receipt and requested to not come back. No wonder they have 3.3 stars and I will be contacting Dunkin corporation because a franchise like this should not be representing a chain like this. The windows have wood up…run down, horrible customer service, horrible quality of drinks. But the fact that a manager could treat any customer like this is unexpected and they need to close down. DO NOT Support.

Pulled up to Dunkin’ Donuts where the door says it closes at eight but they really close at seven and a time before that they made me go through the drive-through even though It wasn’t even 7 o’clock yet before I knew they really didn’t close at eight, I tried to go to the dining room And a rude employee waved me to go to the drive-through where the line was excessive so I left. The store used to be great a few years ago now it’s trash and so are the rude employees. Just tried to ask simple questions and they treat you like you’re below them. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

If I ask for oat-milk it’s because I can’t have regular milk. They insist on cutting corners by adding whole milk since they can no longer charge for the substitute oat milk. I asked for only oat-milk and got regular milk as well.

There’s a coupon for Dunkin Donuts, 6 donuts for $4.99 in Burlington on Sunset Rd or Beverly Rancocas Rd in Willingboro, the one on Sunset Rd in Burlington, NJ the people there are so rude, when i saw the price of what they’re charging me i said i have coupon the manager said very rudely it will deduct the price at cashier, there was another situation that they just don’t like questions, the coupon make sure you get there before 1:00 pm, because they will run out.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the restroom policy at your store. On multiple visits, I’ve noticed that the bathrooms are consistently marked “out of order” for customers, yet staff members are still using them. This is not only misleading, but it raises serious concerns about accessibility and fairness.
Most recently, my 87-year-old grandmother urgently needed to use the restroom, but was denied access because we were told it was out of order — while staff continued to use it. This situation was upsetting and unacceptable, especially for elderly or disabled customers who may not have other nearby options.
I hope Dunkin’ takes this feedback seriously. If restrooms are operational for staff, they should be made available to paying customers — especially in cases of urgent need. It reflects poorly on the brand when basic customer needs are ignored.
