Horrible, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and they brought out a pumpkin iced coffee and I had to pay the normal latte price!! I should have payed for a coffee. I walked in the store and they laughed in my face telling me that’s not what I ordered and I did!!! This store is so dumb! I reccomend any location exept this one, and this is not the first bad experience I had with this store!! They will constantly mess up your drinks or food and blame it on you, I’m not the only person I know who this has happened to and they will laugh at you if you say anything, I’m contacting corporate today this is unbelievable

I’m a regular customer at this location and I get my usual stuff every day and today I went in I ordered specifically two egg and cheeses and the lady repeated my order back to me my religion requires me not to eat pork and I bet into my sandwich and I threw up and they gave me a sandwich with bacon on it knowing I told them do not put bacon on it and then they laughed at me I’m very upset I didn’t even get a apology

Not DD quality food or service! Ordered 2 bagels with butter, they charged for cream cheese. Ordered a drink with vanilla french swirl, it had none! Called corporate, they said there’s nothing they can do. They could look up my receipt to confirm my order, because the store didn’t give me a receipt I can’t go back to the store for a refund AND the store has no active phone line!
