Terrible customer service. After I expressed my frustration waiting an additional 20 minutes…after a 10 minute wait and a 10 minute wait before that. Their assistant manager said any compensation would be me getting my order. Two other employees could not explain why it was taking so long and smiling in my face when I was clearly mad. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to hit the gym. Very immature “men” we are raising now days.

Solid pepperoni pizza. Tasty sauce, lots of pepperoni, light fluffy crust. Can’t go wrong with some of their garlic sauce and pepperoncini on the pizza too.

Ordered pizza and it came uncooked in the center. Called the store and told them about it. Didn’t even want the delivery driver to bring another one out. I would’ve been happy with a coupon for a pizza some other day. Instead, I got told that the manager said “there’s nothing they can do. The dough WAS cooked, because she cut it herself.” I then simply said I’d bring it up to them to show them. 30 minutes later and here I am showing the manager what my interpretation of “uncooked” dough is versus her interpretation. I’m assuming she agreed with my interpretation because all I received was silence and then once I asked what the solution was she said they would remake the pizza. People make mistakes but that’s no reason to have poor customer service and refuse a resolution and make a customer drive a pizza back to prove it. I would’ve sent a picture or whatever was needed if I had been asked. Instead I was essentially told I was lying. No one ever said “sorry” except the cook. There was no consolation offered for me having to drive it back up there..nothing but poor management and not owning up to what essentially is a very simple and small mistake.
To top it off, once I left, she closed, locked the door, and turned off the “open” sign.…40 minutes before normal closing hours.
Hopefully she was just having a bad day, but still no excuse for such poor customer service

Always do delivery and get it super fast like 20 minutes or less, decided to do carry out for a fast experience and went completely wrong. Placed the order at 5:33 for a medium cheese & cheese bread, super simple. Order went beyond the ready time and ended up getting it at 6:13. Definitely not the norm can’t keep 5 Stars if you don’t give 5 Stars.
Always pleased with the quality of the food, friendliness of staff to include drivers.
