I went through the drive through and went through a very negative experience. My car window can’t open due to electrical issues from a flood so I have to open my door. As I did this, a lady in pink stood there, staring at my car and me then giggled/smiled before opening the window and in a condescending tone told me to pull up my shirt when my top was more than fine and also my business. Due to the condescending tone and giggles at my car door I already knew it didn’t come from a kind place. I was told to pull up to the door for hash browns and a girl came out, literally shoved it in my hands and left. I tried to say hello and thank you but she had a weird look on her face like she was holding in a smile that I could only assume was about the encounter at the drive thru and usually she’s kind. I don’t appreciate this kind of experience, I’m not judging anyone’s looks or forms of transportation when I’m ordering a meal. I’ve done this job before and it’s really not hard to be kind and professional. Leave the miserable attitudes at home. Literally just trying to get breakfast and go.

Everytime I come here, the staff is so attentive. There’s a young woman with a curly puff or ponytail she wears that I saw helping a blind man walk away from the store to another location with his food. Before that, I saw her helping someone else and the rest of the staff I’ve encountered was always friendly. I appreciate it ☺️

Ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. The cost was $2.49 + .25 for the cream. Started driving to work, took a sip and it was extremely hot! Then I took the cap off and noticed A) the cup was 2/3 filled B) there wasn’t any whipped cream and C) probably the worst tasting hot chocolate I’ve ever received from a Dunkin’

Not only do you have to repeat your order 3 or 4 times, they often get your order wrong on top of it. Pretty awful service but it’s close to my house. Edit- went here last night and was told the sandwich station was closed so I couldn’t order food. This was an hour and a half before closing. This morning I ordered a sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese and received a cinnamon raisin bagel. But in the girl who was taking my order’s defense, she was talking to another employee while I was trying to place my order and not really paying attention to me. Again this place is awful and I don’t recommend going here. Figured I would give them another shot since I haven’t gone there in a while and drive way out of the way to a different DD. Ordered a xl coffee light and sweet and got dark (milk instead of cream) and like 2 sugars. Also I ordered a large iced tea UNSWEETENED and was given a sweet tea. Again this place is absolute garbage.

They mess up your order a lot. I usually don’t write reviews because I use to work in fast food and understand how things can get messed up but its really bad here. Just today I got a caramel iced coffe with oatmilk and sugar and there is a pile of sugar sitting at the end of my coffee. No joke its like a little over half and inch like i can hear a crunch everytime i poke with my straw. I wanted sugar but god this drink alone will give me diabetes
