Terrible customer service. The lady at the window was not friendly. I ordered an iced coffee that was made wrong 2 different times and then she proceeded to give me an attitude as if I did something wrong . I usually go in the morning and don’t have an issue. There is a an old lady in the morning shift who messed up order at first gave Croissants instead of Wraps. Then when I corrected she gave me 6 croissants instead of 8 croissants which I did not count and when I told her that I am missing two she said that she gave me 8. Also, I told them to check cameras and find out the truth they said they don’t have the access.

Love coming here in the morning all workers are super nice, fast, and do such a good job! But the afternoon it’s just two teenage boys that are on their phones and don’t pay attention. Told me to pull up to the parking lot to wait for my food, then it’s been a while we came in and they didn’t even start making the food. A manger needs to be there in the afternoon.

Food was good and there not cheap with the meat I go to dunkin’ 5 days a week and some of them are cheap with the steak roll ups not here just the right amount. The staff there are quick and very friendly which always helps especially on a Monday morning
