You must be truly desperate to walk into this place to spend your hard earned money. I came here two days in a row, thinking the first day they were so busy they didn’t have time to clean. Back again today. Only one other customer here. The floors are FILTHY, the tables have garbage on them the chairs are sticky. The entrance way still has the same paper garbage and debris as yesterday. Outside area is disgusting!

It’s great, but please, please, please replace the plastic feet of the chairs. The steel chair leg bottoms make an AWFUL grinding, shrieking sound whenever anyone pulls them in and out, and that sound grates on your nerves and is awful to hear at any time, but especially early in the morning when you haven’t yet woken up fully.

It’s the standard Dunkin Donuts to know and love. They keep the place super clean and we had no issues with any of our orders. They have a Baskin Robbins as well and they weren’t cheap with the ice cream. The people who worked here were patient as my kids tried to figure out what they wanted. We would come back if we were in the area.

I went to this location because it’s convenient. I agree you might be desperate in Caffeine or ice cream because this is one of the worst locations I have been to. The other locations are not to great either the staff are almost never friendly. But my recent experience was bad. I decided to order curbside so I pull into the designated place where the sign is in the parking lot. I don’t end up waiting long this lady hands me the food and says your suppose to pull up there points at the curb then she says we no longer do curbside I said oh ok but that not what the website says for this location .She’s like yes I know but we don’t. Unfriendly about it period so the sign was in the parking lot and she says I needed to pull up to the curb and typically for emergency purposes your no supposed to do that. So as she stands there I quickly say..sorry about that but she says nothing and walks away. I do not care how convenient it is …I am done will dd. No more spending more for poor services not acceptable..America does not run on dd runs on Starbucks you may pay more they deliver a great product always consistent great service. Dunkin was went down please dunkin know whoyour franchise owners and what there stores are like.

Many mornings started here and they started well. It was an easy to find what I like in this place and it took me like 6 cups of coffee and different donuts until I found what I like. Different people like different things so try and narrow is the key.

Have been visiting the location for years and recently have been very disappointed by the crew member short lady who is so mean and unkind it makes the entire visit unpleasant. I spoke with the manager who is a sweetheart but it does not seem to help . Be kind I told her last time and she laughed. So rude
