So I’m hoping the owner an management sees this because, I was treated very poorly by this women who works Monday night, I went to go pick up an order on uber eats, and she yelled at me saying you have to cancel it she lied and said they close at 9:30 when they’re open till 10 and she said they ran out of food, she seems like she just didn’t want to make the food because she wanted to get out of work I will be going in sometime this week to speak to her manager lying to a customer so you can leave work early is unacceptable

Evening service doesn’t exist. The employee waits for customers through the window and leaves as soon as she sees one. Sad day for the owner of the establishment. Had to go to Panera across the road, and wouldn’t you know! They gave me a free coffee. Guess where my money is going from now on?!

I went inside that place at 5:15pm today, i saw only one girl worker named Kimara working there,all by herself! Right after me 4 more customers came in. My order was long, they were also orders that were made online and 4 more customers are waiting for her too… i felt really bad for everyone! For worker, for customers!! This girl works from 3-10pm all by herself, all overwhelmed…. It’s not even safe to stay there by herself!! Owners do something about it ASAP please!!!!

Staff here are very nice and they usually get you in and out fast as this is not a large store. I’ve never seen them running low on items and always have what I’m looking for. Quick place to grab coffee, breakfast, donuts and more.

The woman working tonight was absolutely terrible. We ordered 2 caramel craze medium ice lattes and it took about 10 minutes to make even though we were the only ones ordering or waiting. The cashier was texting on her phone constantly while taking our orders and talking to two of her friends who stopped by to chat instead of making our orders. I am furious because it made us late to an escape room we had paid a lot of money for. She should be fired immediately. 9/14/19 9:20PM cashier.

To anyone visiting here, if you mess up your order or don’t like what you got, you can reorder without paying for what you don’t want. That’s DD’s policy. Some employee’s if you ask will say it’s on you, but if you are firm and say I don’t want this, they will give you a refund or something else.

I come here a lot because it is on my way home and i always stop by to get a drink with my friends. The two ladies that work there are extremely disrespectful. They talk badly about their customers in a different language and even in front of me she called me fat thinking i wouldn’t understand her. Each time I go there I receive a lot of bad attitude from them and they are very rude. These workers should be fired. Many of my friends also complain about their bad attitudes and if you go there often, they will become more meaner to you. Also, when they make the drinks they will make it bad on purpose for you.
