It’s a nice place like any franchise in the DD system but it’s basically a drive thru converted out of a old Fleet bank that was abandoned almost 20 years before they finally decided to utilized it for their business. Suggestion: they can stay open 24 hrs during the weekdays and give Quick Chek a run for the money since Amazon is up the street, Just Saying. I’ll have photos for the place later.

This dunkin was my savor when it opened as it was conveniently located right by my job making my morning coffee grab and go seamless. Sadly, the quality and service has only gotten worse, especially over the past 5 months. My order is always wrong or they try to give me something I did not order (especially when I repeated myself 3 times over the speaker) and the drive through line always run out into the street and takes almost a half hour to 45 minutes to finally get through to the window because the inside service is extremely slow or uncaring. This place can thrive but sadly the employees are dragging it down.

So funny that they have 4 stars because all the reviews are correct. I don’t write reviews, but the staff (no matter who they seem to hire) is immature and have no customer service. I got to the drive thru and I was greeted with ”yo Dunkin”. They play around while you’re paying at the window, just really bad customer service here. I only come here because they closed the Little Ferry location, but just gonna have to take the drive to 46. I hope their management reads these reviews at some point, but doesn’t seem like they care either since I have yet to see a good employee here.

I just ordered a medium latte with double espresso shot and chocolate frosted donut with no sprinkles. I had to repeat it few times, for the person to understand. All of a sudden this lady comes on the intercom and rudely says; yeah, yeah sir, we understand. I go to the window and get my order. Few miles down the road, I realize she gave me sprinkles anyway. Instead of concentrating on being rude, listen to your customers better.
