This happened at 7 AM this morning at the drive-thru. The girl at the window handed me my breakfast, then stopped mid-service to take someone else’s order while still holding my food. When she finally gave it to me, she slammed the window so hard it felt like it was going to break. Since I’m older, I stayed calm, but this level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
Management needs to address this immediately an employee who behaves this way clearly needs to revisit the employee handbook and be reminded of how to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect.

I just left and had ordered a medium iced coffee and munchkins. I asked her twice if she got the order correct because the screen didn’t show my order the way I ordered my coffee. when I asked she said yes, plus the fact that she was not very friendly, when I got my drink I could tell from the look of it it was not the way I asked, so I asked her again and she gave me an attitude and said that the screen wouldn’t let her put it but that’s how it was. Needless to say, the drink was not how I ordered. The service was terrible And I don’t plan on returning

It’s a nice place like any franchise in the DD system but it’s basically a drive thru converted out of a old Fleet bank that was abandoned almost 20 years before they finally decided to utilized it for their business. Suggestion: they can stay open 24 hrs during the weekdays and give Quick Chek a run for the money since Amazon is up the street, Just Saying. I’ll have photos for the place later.

Terrible employees led by a terrible manager. First time and last time going there. Ordered something, receive the wrong thing, so I had to be “recharged”. The employee knew nothing about refunding and I was showing double charges on my account. The employee got frustrated when I asked about it, because of her own ignorance, then the manager came with the bigger attitude since I guess she has to “work” now. Could’ve been handled a lot more professionally. I’ve visited many dunkins and this one isn’t good at all.
