Been going here nearly every morning for a while now. The past 3 months have been awful. The staff have no urgency with time. They ask you 5x as you wait what you got and it’s still always wrong. This morning was the worst I’ve ever seen it. If they need more help then hire more. The girl doing the food looked miserable and was very annoyed when people simply asked about order names being in the system as they waited prior to me. Not sure I’ll be stopping at this location anymore. I’m very understanding about under staffed places however at least be kind to customers and communicate you’re just behind with orders instead of having us standing around.

Good location, parking might be limited during rush hour since they share the complex with a few other stores. Although I came early in the morning and had no trouble. Environment is clean and welcoming , great place to lounge and have coffee with friends or get some work done. Staff was really nice and attentive to the needs of the customers. I got a vanilla chia latte and the new power breakfast

Everything is on point. i just wish that the younger ppl that worked there talked to the older lady who works there in a nicer way with a little bit more respect! She made a mistake where she made me a hot coffee instead of an iced, and they got more upset than i did like its not that serious, and when someone is already confused and u start yelling and getting at them guess what happens? They get nervous and become more confused!

Tried to claim a free medium coffee with purchase of anything promo. The cashier didn’t tell me ahead that i couldn’t get the coffee. Had he told me ahead I would have not ordered. It literally says in the promo i showed him. He didn’t bother to fix the issue as well. Poor service.

A very good looking Dunkin Donuts, but its comes with a price. An espresso shot is 55 cents more at this location for whatever reason. I guess Dunkin Donuts gives their Franchise owners the ability to charge what they want. This is a great location on Route 3 for a quick hit of caffeine. Tough getting back on Route 3, especially during rush hour.
