Let me say usually I have a great experience here, but tonight was terrible. I always order a cheesesteak blended when I ordered tonight it was messy my bread was cold and when I asked the gentleman about it, he was a Caucasian man with dirty gray hair a Band-Aid on his finger no gloves he did not fix my sandwich directly and he told me that they were not obligated to warm the bread which is new to me because usually my bread is warm along with the cheese steak as it’s a hot sandwich. I was informed that you have to put a special request for warm bread for a hot sandwich. He was very rude and uncaring and I just feel that I work hard for my money, and when I order something I would like it to be presentable and edible it’s all about customer service, so I hope this gets attended to and re-education as applied.

Great place to get a sub, beats the competition. Even the amount of meat they put on a sandwich beats Subway and others, seems a lot fresher as well (they slice the meat right in front of you.) They have a gluten free bread option if that’s your thing. Staff was extremely nice and well mannered as well (3:00pm on a Friday.) It’s a pleasure to leave them a good review.

We have been to this location a few times since it is closer, and this location is sub-par compared to others, but today will be my last visit. She drowned the sandwiches in vinegar, and was scared of the salt and pepper while the person making sandwiches in the back was so heavy with the salt that my son couldn’t eat his sub. My daughter said her sub was too soggy to eat. My last visit, the customer service was absent. I have learned my lesson…. Moving on!

Jersey Mike’s was great with my gluten allergy. They were happy to change gloves and clear the counter for my sandwich. Celiacs: check this out!

The Jersey Mike’s Subs Experience ( Carryout Edition). I love a good sub, and living in NC presents challenges for a NY sub experience. So I went inside Jersey Mike’s and ordered their Turkey and Provolone mini with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, mayo, seasoning, oil, and vinegar on the side with a bag of sun chips. The line was moving along for a lunchtime rush until I got to the register.

The only thing I was concerned about was how they put your bread on the counter with no protection from germs ( wiping a counter with a cold wet cloth does not wash away germs) so maybe if they could come up with an idea because seeing that this morning realyyyy creeped me outt sirs gross

Ok so we were pretty far out of our service area here, but I am so glad we stopped into this particular Jersey Mike’s. The food was unusually good, and was somehow better quality ingredients than your average Jersey Mike’s (see South Main High Point for reference). I don’t know if they are sourcing things from local farmers or if someone in there has a gift for making remarkable bread, but I could not help but notice. I had to get on here and say something because I did not expect to encounter such an anomaly as far out in the country as we were, at a Jersey Mike’s. I dont know this town or area very well so I am not qualified to compare it to other eateries in the area, but of you are ever out this way. Give them a try. You’ll be glad you did.
