So I ordered my food like regular and I waited because it was a hot sub. I had no issue with that. The. I got my sub after patiently waiting to a cold sub. I kindly went back up to the register and told them and they were suppose to remake it. This has never happened ever. So I just waited. Then I got my sub and I opened it before I left. It seemed warmer but not hot like all my other subs that I’ve gotten from this location. I let it go and I got home and called and they informed me that someone was training on the grill. It just seemed odd to me that they were training them and they let them send out a cold hot sub. To pay 20.00 for a sub that isn’t hot when it’s suppose to be made to order is crazy to me. That’s bad business. The guy I talked to when I called back said he would give me 10% off my next purchase. At this point I won’t be going back to throw money away.

Went here today to get 2 steak and chesse sandwiches. Asked for extra meat and extra chesse as always. 50 percent of the time my sandwiches are just regular with no extra anything. Be mindful and check your food, thats stealing!

I had the best experience at this Jersey Mikes yesterday…… I was having one of the saddest day of my life when TAY welcomed me in with such a warm spirit the other 3 Nice people I didn’t get there names however they all had a Beautiful Energy… My sandwich was made with extra love and when I got ready to pay for it this beautiful lady name GABBY had already taken care of it… I cried!!!!! As I was leaving Tay came out gave me a hug and asked me to please come back soon!!! What a wonderful Staff you have and you guys are winning in all Areas❤️

My husband and I visited the Jersey Mike’s location at 5940 University Parkway in Winston-Salem, NC for the first time around 6 PM on August 6, 2025. Josh and the two other gentlemen working with him were all exceptionally friendly and personable, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start.
We chose to dine in, and the dining area was spotless and well-maintained. Out of all the Jersey Mike’s locations we’ve visited, this one truly stands out as the best.
While Jersey Mike’s may be slightly more expensive than some competitors, it’s absolutely worth it. Watching the meat sliced fresh in front of you, paired with high-quality ingredients and soft bread, makes a noticeable difference—you can truly taste the freshness.
If you’re looking for great food and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location. We will definitely be returning.

I was craving a sub and Jersey Mike’s came through. I’ve ordered from here before and had decent experiences. Today? The employee who made this sandwich today deserves a raise or a trophy- I can’t decide. Should I worry if this sub has ruined all future sandwiches for me? Worth it.

Let me say usually I have a great experience here, but tonight was terrible. I always order a cheesesteak blended when I ordered tonight it was messy my bread was cold and when I asked the gentleman about it, he was a Caucasian man with dirty gray hair a Band-Aid on his finger no gloves he did not fix my sandwich directly and he told me that they were not obligated to warm the bread which is new to me because usually my bread is warm along with the cheese steak as it’s a hot sandwich. I was informed that you have to put a special request for warm bread for a hot sandwich. He was very rude and uncaring and I just feel that I work hard for my money, and when I order something I would like it to be presentable and edible it’s all about customer service, so I hope this gets attended to and re-education as applied.
