I ordered the cookie butter cold brew with 3 cream. However, this is possibly the worst location for coffee. Has no taste whatsoever, very bland, and definitely didn’t add in the amount of cream I asked for. I keep giving this location chances in hopes for good coffee like they used to make a few years back but, I think whoever works as barista, doesn’t know how to make them properly.
So disappointed because it was such a waste of $6 ☹️ Definitely won’t visit again until they hire new crew/management.
You have better luck getting good coffee at the Lefante location by Wendy’s.

Worst peppermint mocha hot chocolate ever!
They use powdered chocolate mix and charge $4!! I can buy Swiss Miss chocolate mix for less and make it at home.
Hot chocolate was cold , way too sweet and still had clumps. Didn’t even heat up the milk. Absolutely disgusting!
I’ll be going to QuickChek from now on.

So I usually get a medium iced latte with oat milk. But because oat milk is watery I ask for a small amount of cream at the end. Every dunkin ive been to in my life has done that except this one where they refused saying the manager doesn’t allow it. So I am really confused. Not one person but two at the location said. Manager said no. I am just wondering why.

I went early morning to get 2 strawberry, 2 chocolate and one glazed for my kids, and guess what? The lady who was cleaning the counter top and the coffe machine with the purple j cloth she I the one who took my order and sho hold a thin paper to hold the donuts and because of her long pointy nails it goes through the paper and the donuts ot self!!! I refused to take it and I asked her about the gloves she said we are not using it and her manager came with angry face said that her nails goes through the paper and cut it because she get 5 donuts!!! And she said you don’t want it, and she put it in the trash with angry face and she asked me about my order again with loud and aggressive way and after saying my order she asked me with sprinkles I repeat my order again 2 chocolate, 2 strawberry and 1 glazed she shout at me ” yes with sprinkles” I got scared and I said no. She was putting all the donuts on top of each other with aggressive way and she gave it to me. I took it and I called the customer service while I was in the place.

This place need new management. Every time ai go to this location it’s pure disappointment. Even when I order on Uber eats it’s even worse. Something is always wrong the food it’s never cooked properly, the coffee taste old and burnt as if they’re pouring water on old coffee grounds and re cooking it.
My last order they sent the wrong muffin, and my grilled cheese was never grilled just plain bread with melted cheese and My matcha never came they sent me a coffee instead. Smh I’m so done with this location.

Unbelievable how much attitude the manager has.gross never visit this establishment,they dont care about the customers or their experience, and with the prices DD charge I expect some sort of professionalism but there was none had to go inside,watch & coach them thru making the iced coffee less ice and almond milk shouldn’t be an impossible task after 2 tries and much attitude from the manager i ended up tossing the whole drink!DD needs to retrain these representatives!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!

I was going to eat an egg and cheese sandwich, but first I needed to use the restrooom. For my surprise, there was a sign in each bathroom that says, “out of order”. So I left, and ate somewhere else, where there are bathrooms available and used them. You lost a customer, there is no way that the two bathrooms are broken, am sure they are lying. You have to take into account that some people travels (there is a light rail station just across the street) and are hungry and needs to use the restrooms. Am not going to eat in a place where they deny the use of the bathroom, am not gonna eat and holding it.
