The place is made some improvements when it comes to seating. Wherever there’s definitely room for more chairs and tables. My biggest concern with this place is that there are far too many unattended teenagers taking up space should be available for paying customers. Can someone please explain to me why they are allowed to sit there and not make a purchase? The donut display under a glass case looks very nice. It’s a big improvement over the old method of storing the donuts which allowed for flies to land on them. The restroom needs toilet paper and soap. I’m not really happy that there’s only one unisex restroom now. The other restroom I guess is reserved for the employees. However, it’s better than no restroom at all.

Very inconsistent iced coffee. Some days the coffee tastes great and other days, well most days, it’s a disgrace. I’ve lost count at how many times I’ve received iced coffee that tastes straight up like what I think spicy water would taste/be, a very strong perfume like taste which is strange. The thought alone has me recoiling. It’s a hit or miss with this location so either save your money or take the risk.

I’m Indian and this establishment is run by indians by far the worst Dunkin Donuts. Asked for light and sweet with oat milk and they give me dark and bitter. Then this old stupid Gujarati lady with her bindi on has the nerve to show attitude when I go in to get it fixed. Take AWAY THERE ABILITY TO OWN THIS FRANCHISE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I PROMISE ITS NOT WORTH IT!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! This place is horrible. Customer service is absolutely bad from the manager to the workers. Today I had a worker talking about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand it. Because she was upset that I had to correct her and tell her she made the coffee I had just paid over $6 wrong. Which biffles my mind all the time in any Dunkin donuts. Because machines do all the work for them. And all there coffee is watered down. They put water in their iced coffee. So when you pay the price you pay for an ice coffee know you’re spending money on 50% water. They literally fill up their iced coffee bags with 50% water and ice before the coffee is even brewed in it. ( This is all Dunkin donuts chains by the way just an FYI if no one knew!!) I have also seen them drop cups on the floor pick them up and instead of throwing the cups out in the garbage.They still made the customers coffee in the cup that just fell on the floor. The manger is a shirt skinny Indian lady she is soooo rude, if you try to talk to her she get an attitude with you right away. The girl that does the drive thru most of the time with the blue hair. She’s so rude. Instead of saying good morning what can I get for you today. When you pull up to the drive thru she just says “what do you want” like who would even want to really continuing ordering food at that point?! This place should be shut down!! Put a Starbucks there instead!!

I was going to eat an egg and cheese sandwich, but first I needed to use the restrooom. For my surprise, there was a sign in each bathroom that says, “out of order”. So I left, and ate somewhere else, where there are bathrooms available and used them. You lost a customer, there is no way that the two bathrooms are broken, am sure they are lying. You have to take into account that some people travels (there is a light rail station just across the street) and are hungry and needs to use the restrooms. Am not going to eat in a place where they deny the use of the bathroom, am not gonna eat and holding it.

My friend and I got 2 ice coffees regular cream and sugar and straight up tasted like coffee only! Not even cream nor sugar it was too bitter to drink,both cups that we ordered. Waste of money.

Bro.. ♀️this dunkin has always made my iced coffee so good but for some reason today, it legit just tastes like bitter water. I made 2 trips & wasted $8 🙁 The first time, I thought they just forgot to add the sweetener but went back again to purchase a new one with my usual order to only receive the same thing.
