This is the worst DD I’ve been to. Time after time they have consistently messed up my order. They never get it right. Instead of iced tea, it’s iced coffee. They charge you for stuff and then forget to give it to you. When you’re rushing, you don’t have time to check. They have attitude every time like I’m doing them a disservice being there. Truly awful service.

The attendant had a hard time understanding English. I ordered 9 donut holes(munchkins)! And I threw 9 away. They were hard and stale! Not sure why Dunkin’ Donuts is so popular up here!

Service at this Dunkin (at least in the morning, when I’ve gone recently) has declined. It’s not the employees fault – they are understaffed. I ordered ahead but on arrival, my order was not done. No biggie… but they continued to serve in-store customers until I said something. The line this morning was eight deep with only two employees to help. They do work hard though and do a good job.

The new people they hired are not like the other people they had before. They don’t care about your order whether it is correct or not. One time they gave me a raw croissant. Every time I order they don’t give me what I ask for or they don’t make it how I asked. If by some miracle they get it all correct it’s cold ♀️

Working with gloves is meant for sanitary reasons. So maybe don’t count cash, add change, and touch everyone’s food. I didn’t see the gloves changed twice now. Although the food was good, and I love the quality of coffee from the tap stores.

I think that they have been overcharging people for months I finally realized that the charge at the register was significantly more than the charge on the menu on the wall and raised that with the staff and they seem to have just increased the price on the menu significantly almost a dollar extra for a nice cold brew crazy
Edit: understaffed, constantly waiting for someone to come to Register sometimes for 5 minutes, and seems more expensive than other dunkins in the area
