The manager is always rushing and you can tell the employees are scared to make their own decisions in regards to customer service. It seems so simple to go thru a drive thru and get some coffee and snacks but whenever I have a question he seems to disregard me and tell me there are other people waiting in line. It has happened almost every time I’ve been here and I just can’t support this service anymore I’m sorry.

I used to work at this Dunkin and all the employees are very friendly and welcoming. The managers in the other hand are very demanding and can be rude at times. As per usual, the food and coffee is great.

Personally I cant stand DD food. They have great drinks and coffee but in my opinion, if you want a good sandwich or doughnuts you should go to a bakery or somewhere else.
