The staff here is VERY rude and dismissive,Not the first time either.They just told me that this order was right with an attitude and walked away instead of fixing it(I was super nice about it too) … Lemme ask you guys……Do You see sourdough ?Because I see a croissant…….The receipt says GRILL CHEESE ON SOURDOUGH. I see a EGG AND CHEESE ON A CROISSANT !!!!!!
Please talk to your staff….I said the” receipt didnt match what I got”…..The attitude was unnecessary when YOU are WRONG!!!

I ordered a large iced macchiato, and it was filled with an excessive amount of ice, leaving very little coffee. I politely asked for it to be remade, but osamas wife prepared the second drink only halfway, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I calmly asked if they could please add more coffee, I was told by Osama himself there would be an additional charge.
It seemed clear that my request wasn’t being taken seriously, and the interaction felt unnecessarily embarrassing in front of other customers. I’m not confident that raising the issue with the location will lead to much, but I do plan to share this negative experience with Dunkin’s corporate team.
I rarely visit Dunkin’ because the prices are already high, and with that pricing, you’d expect better quality and customer service. After this visit, I’m not sure I’ll be returning to any Dunkin’ location.

Do not eat here. Ordered a half dozen donuts today and the donuts were stale and dry. Every last one of them. The Boston cream was hard and even the custard was hard on the outside. Waste of money.
Go to the Dunkin in Beacon Falls. The donuts there are fresh!

Dropped by early morning and ordered a Brioche Scrambled Bun and Dunkin Midnight Dark Roast. They messed up the order, gave me a Hot Original Roast instead. The worst part was the burnt sandwich they handed me, despite charging full price even though I requested no bacon. The coffee was already disappointing, but seeing the charred sandwich just ruined my morning. Definitely not a good start to the day.

Always something wrong with my order or missing. I go to this dunkin only because it has the mobile order lane to skip the line and its the only one on my way to work.
But the amount of times i got something wrong is ridiculous. From my burnt coffee to not adding the correct items or forgetting something on my sandwich. 5 times.

This is my third time in weeks. I am very forgiving but it is now too much, sad to say. 1. Burnt Bagel, without toasting. 2. Burnte Bagel without toasting, Zero cream cheese. 3rd Today – Requested Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, got a plain and Coffee was CREAM with a splash of coffee. I did call after the second burnt Bagel, service worker just laughed. So sad.. and I ALWAYS TIP. SMH

Every time I order the Snackin’ Bacon and explicitly request it to be freshly made, I’ve consistently received cold or reheated burnt bacon. As a loyal customer, I value the quality of the products, and this experience has been disappointing. I had to stop coming for a while and thought I’d try again and I asked for freshly cooked bacon not the one sitting and I still got cold bacon that you can clearly tell was sitting and wasn’t made freshly like I asked. It wasn’t even warm. I can understand if there was a line of people but there wasn’t.
