First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. I love the different choices for breakfast here. It’s not your normal pancakes and eggs. The variety is fantastic. What a well done decor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with our orders being correct. The bathrooms are clean, what a plus. I hate a dirty bathroom. First Watch is always a great place to meet up.

We always choose First Watch for breakfast whenever we travel, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making it a perfect start to the day. For a family of four, the average cost is usually around $75–80, which we find very reasonable given the quality of the dishes and the generous portions.
The only downside is the coffee—it tastes cheap and doesn’t match the otherwise excellent standard of the food. Still, the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and consistently great meals keep us coming back every time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and delicious breakfast spot!

As someone who works on cruise ships, First Watch is always my go to breakfast/ brunch place whenever we dock in Port Canaveral. Today I had a really lovely server, Daphne and she was very nice and accommodating. So as everyone! Food is always great and just gives you a sense of home.

Jordan is such a phenomenal waitress, we ask for her every time we come in to First Watch! She’s so sweet, remembers our names/orders and always goes above and beyond to make everything great. The food is awesome too, we couldn’t be happier!

Well our first visit to First Watch was NOT GOOD this is why we no longer eat out because people have NO PRIDE IN WHAT THEY COOK, but we just got off the ship so we’re 8 hrs from home or I would’ve cooked it myself. I know there is no way that cook( and I use that term very loosely)would make his own food like this. We had them remake the bowl with the egg, but those other potatoes came from the steak chimichurri meal and my wife’s turkey sausage was so burnt she couldn’t eat it and we tried to have them remake them but they didn’t have any more. Then we waited A LONG TIME for a manager but apparently they were both on the line probably fixing the cooks mess ups and I guess 5 mins from at least 1 of them to show them the burnt food was to much to ask so back to Georgia we go I should’ve just had Mc Donald’s
