I believe this is the amazing pizza I had this evening while visiting with friends at Arkane Aleworks. I have never seen a pizza oven like this, nor have I had pizza as craveable as I did tonight. It had the perfect crust – not a cracker and not a soup bowl. The cheese was fresh, the toppings were well proportioned and not swimming in sauce. I will be sure to share this experience with friends and family and have more join me next time.

If you haven’t tried Rocky’s pizza yet you’re missing some amazing pizza! You can usually find him at Rapp Brewing on the weekends cranking out some unique pizzas and apps. Pretty great combo in my eyes, great pizza and a big selection of craft beer. Get there!

The Balboa pizza was excellent! So many others we’d like to try, including the dessert pizzas. Will definitely be back at Rapp brewing (usually Friday and Saturday). The pizza went really well with the beers and it had a chill vibe.
I’d never seen a pizza food truck with a legit pizza oven. That was pretty cool in itself, and Rocky was super friendly.
The pizzas are made to order, so get your order in when you arrive so you’re not too jealous watching everyone else eating theirs. It doesn’t take long and it’s worth waiting for!

Rocky’s Brick Oven definitely rocks! The Cuban and Nashville Hot pizzas were delicious, with bold flavors that keep you from saving leftovers. The crust is perfectly crisp, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the smoky taste from the brick oven is unbeatable. What makes it even more incredible is that they have a real brick oven on a food truck! The craftsmanship and dedication that goes into each pizza are clear with every bite. This was the first time I was at Rapps Brewery Company and I ordered a supreme pizza from Rocky’s Brick Oven Pizza. It was AMAZING! Not only were the ingredients fresh and delicious, but the crust held its own and was crunchy yet soft. I’ve lived in Jersey and know good bagels and pizza. This pizza stands out and I will definitely be back to enjoy a cold beer and pizza! You have to come try this place people!

Love this pizza truck you can often find parked at Rapp Brewing! Their crust is delicious and always cooked perfect in their woodfires oven and they have several unique pizzas. My favorites are the pickle pizza and date night.

Rocky has a mobile pizza oven (think food truck) that parks in front of Rapp Brewing Company, usually on weekends. If you’ve ever had pizza in Italy, this will take you back to your best memories. So much better than your average pizza chain. The margherita is particularly good.
