Literally the WORST Dunkin’ I’ve been to. Ordered drinks and sandwiches. After waiting over 5 minutes for our sandwiches and being ignored by staff members, I asked if they were going to make our sandwiches and the employee with the orange/pink hair behind the counter became aggressive in her reply stating, “They’ve been ready, you were called up three times.” Called up where? Because we were standing there the entire time. All the employees literally walked right by us and said NOTHING. Not to mention that her hair was in her face while serving customers. Forget any servsafe or infection control followed at this location.

The service at this particular dunk was above and beyond expectations. I had a problem with the order which was promptly taken care of. In some cases like this, there is an certain attitude which a sales person experiences and the customer can feel this. But this young lady was friendly, quick, and served me with a smile.

Good employees that remember returning customers. Everything is typically fresh thanks to Sikorsky across the street and a lot of the workers stopping here. Chances of getting an old cup of coffee are slim to none.

Awful service. Just rude and insolent. No regard for customers. It’s a small cramped old dingy ugly place with none of the nice additions like tv’s that some Dunkin Donuts have. No outdoor seating, no drive through. Not even a working rest room. That’s probably a health code violstion. But bottom line is the service is awful. A place to avoid

A nice “hole in the wall’ Dunkin across from Sikorsky Aircraft. We come here all the time when we want DD. Since it’s not a standalone, it is kind of small, but they get the job done well, and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Can’t ask for much more than that.
