I came in today order a large hot chocolate and a bacon egg and cheese but a white woman with blue hair gave me an attitude while I was ordering. At first it took almost 5 minutes of me standing there before she actually took my order then once she took my order I can hear her sigh and say something under her breath, I ignored it. But when my food came out the bacon was well over cooked. I will never go to Dunkin again after this experience, not with the Time and the money. That white woman respectfully should not be working in food service if she is going to be this disrespectful.

I came in at 8:02 the latest to place my order because I work 7 minutes away at 8:30 since I’ve been having issues with cutting it close to being late at going at 8:15 to every Dunkin in this area (sawmill across from Walmart and Valero) I didn’t receive my donuts after the purchase only one of my drinks were made incorrectly. I didn’t get any updates about my food until 8:17. Your crew focused solely on the drive thru. I had to be late to work even after planning ahead. I would very much h like a full refund. I will be holding on to this food until I clock out today. This is ridiculous of you have new hires, someone should be training close by not letting her work on her own.

One of the worst experiences I ever had at this dunkin, she dint even cared to take my order properly (I ordered hot small signature latte with coca moca) instead she gave me a hot latte and she said I’m giving you guys free whip cream on it not charging for that when I asked her this is not what I ordered she said this is what you said. Anyway the lady taking up order is super rude dint even cared to change my order instead she said I have customer waiting. I go pretty much everyday. Food and drinks are always good and everyone is very nice. The manager was very sincerely sorry for a mix up with my order today and offered me a free cookie. Very appreciative!

I generally like this place but they gave me a regular coffee that they tried to pass off as Midnight. Midnight is very strong and what they gave me was very weak. I could only taste Splenda and barely tasted the coffee. I HATE weak coffee. Especially in the morning. I ended up pouring it out and making my own pot, which defeats the purpose. Go to the one across from Walmart instead. At least they’ll make a fresh pot of Midnight instead of trying to pull a fast one with WEAK COFFEE!!! ONE STAR!!!!
