Never been here before. Ordered in the App. Went to building, walked in and my food was ready on the counter. Order was perfectly correct. Hot and ready to eat. Tables were clean. Very busy during lunch. Very odd to me was I never saw an employee. Everyone was coming in picking up food and sitting down and eating. I only saw one employee cleaning tables. Strange!!!

Food and service was typical McDonalds, but the two stars was because the restaurant was filthy. 8pm at night, only us and a group of (loud) teenagers, but nothing had been cleaned. Difficult to find a clean table and seat, and the floor was muddy and littered with food and wrappers.

One of the worst mcdonalds experiences…..that deserves five stars.
Waited over an hour for food due to a supply and employee shortage, and insane ammount of customers that hit all at once. Despite this, the employees were moving heaven and earth to get everyone served as quickly as they could. The dude at window two who was both checking people out while at the same time sprinting outside to deliver food deserves a raise.

I know McDonald’s isn’t known for their world-class food, but this has been the worst one I have ever been to. I only ordered 2 McDoubles and a drink. There was 1 other person in the drive-thru and maybe 3 inside. They gave me the wrong order at first, no problem, swapped it out. But then I get the food and everything is super greasy and sloppily put together. I take a bite and there is a big piece of plastic wrapper in the burger. These mistakes would make sense if they were super busy, but the place had 5 customers and all the workers had no idea what was going on between not knowing what was ordered and wether or not I had paid. Get some better training or just get out of town

Worst McDonald’s ever. Would give zero stars if possible. We’ve been 4 times, order has never been right. This last time it wasn’t even edible. Deluxe chicken sandwich, no tomatoes, hardly any lettuce. Bit in to chicken and almost gagged. Waited 15 minutes and there was nobody there. Will not be going back.

I placed my order at the drive up window. There was one other vehicle in line ahead of me. When I arived at the first window to pay, the cashier was using her cell phone. I paid, and waited more than 10 min for the one car in front of me to get their food, and move on so that I could get to the second window. When I arrived at the window, I was “helped” by yet another employee, who was talking on their cellphone. They mouthed ‘Thank you” to me, and closed tge window. When I got into my bag, I was missing my hashbrown, but decided I would rather not waste my yime going back to deal with these employees again.

They have the sweetest workers at the window but the worst service. My drive thru order always takes forever, I’m always missing things or they aren’t made how they were ordered, I ask for extra ranch and usually have zero in the bag. Today I ordered breakfast at 1038 in the app. Pulled us at 1058 and they told me I couldn’t have my order bc it was now lunch. Lunch starts at 11 at this location and my order was placed at 1038am.

I am absolutely over this location, I don’t get off work until 9am I don’t want to cook dinner. This is the 4th time they’ve gotten my sandwich wrong. I got a spicy deluxe sandwich. Guess what? No spicy sauce. No tomato. Just mayo which isn’t even suppose to be on it ?. And lettuce off the to side of the sandwich. This is absolutely ridiculous. You think they would get there stuff together after so long. Avoid this location at all costs.

I live about a mile from this location and frequent it often. I would say there is about a 50% chance that I will be standing around waiting for my food with several other frustrated customers for way longer than we should. I’ve been in the dining room when no tables were clean (or hardly any) and there are flies everywhere. The last time I was in it sounded like they were having a party in the back, with music blasting and hooting and hollering going on.
Then when I went in today the managers were having a meeting right out in the dining room with all the employees sitting there, right next to me. The person giving the meeting starts out by berating everyone: “This is the worst you have been in the 2 1/2 years since we’ve been open!” While this may (or may not) have been true, the fact that this woman berated all of her employees right in front of a customer was ridiculous. I had to laugh. IMHO this store doesn’t have an employee problem, it has a manager problem.

Bought a breakfast meal, steak, egg, cheese, bagel. It was a hamburger with a hard lump in the middle, I and slice of cheese on a cold bagel. No fried onions or sauce, cold hash browns and no napkins. I have had bad service and food there before but thought it would get better. It’s worse.
