The line is usually wide open here because nobody likes to come here and everybody knows this so we all usually go to the one on either side of it. But when those good ones have long lines then we are forced to come here. When you do come here there could be no cars in front of you but somehow you wait several minutes before someone even takes your order. It seems as though they’re always gossiping inside playing on their phone or just doing other stuff like socializing amongst each other. The customer is clearly not the most important part of their presence within the restaurant. The worst part is that they could have all the Time in the world and still mess up your order over and over and over again it’s almost guaranteed. The only reason why I go here is because I like my coffee. One time I left here and I went down the street to the grocery store and bought some flavored creamer and coffee and sugar and vowed to do it myself from home because I was sick and tired of the terrible service here. But sometimes you do get a nice lady at the window. So because of her I added one more star.

Terrible customer service, I visit this dunkin occasionally and the cashier is slow. Despite not coming in the drive thru, inside is just bad. Interior of the restaurant is just dirty. Workers need replacement.

When the supervisor took my order she was aggressive saying good morning an I told her my order an waited . I asked for a toasted bagel an it came out warm an not hot an it was hard. So I came back around to have them make me another bagel that’s hot an done an the supervisor gave me a bad talk back . But I will never go back.

I usually go to the Dunkin down the street (which is the best store of all), but since they’re closed for renovations I have to get my coffee from another. This one is just as close as my reg store so I don’t mind. The staff were friendly, and some of my fav employees from my store are here. The only issue I have had in the 4 days of going there this far is that I ordered 2 xl iced coffees, both made the same way. When I was given said coffees, 1 looked as though it was made correctly (when I tasted however, not the amount of caramel asked for) and the other was very dark. How do they not come out the same if they’re supposed to be made exactly the same way?? All in all a good experience but I can’t wait until my reg store opens!

i’m disappointed. i went through the drive through. i told the lady three times my order, since she couldn’t hear me. i ordered a medium frozen chocolate w/ whipped cream. when the lady with brown hair gave it to me, i said that i ordered it with whipped cream. she rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell the lady with blonde hair. the lady with blonde hair then said that when i want whipped cream, i must order it before hand. i told her that i did and she claimed that they didn’t hear me. i told them three times my order. they were not friendly at all and gave me attitude.
