Terrible service at this store. Does were closed at 4:40 pm, so we had to use the drive thru. Went to order a few items and the kid was very rude telling us they don’t have what we wanted, so we asked what they had and his response was, pick something else, but everything we asked for, they didn’t have. So he finally went to look and told us what they had left (not much) Food was also very stale! Manager didn’t care about anything either. We’ll never visit this store again!

Home from the west coast and missed Dunkin dearly. Was so excited to have my coffee and not only did they forget my order, it was made totally wrong. Absolutely disgusting to be honest. Coffee was burnt and nasty.

I absolutely love this D&D. Every time I go to this location the employees are extremely patient and have never messed up any of my order’s. BTW, I go daily in the A.M. Everything from bagels, croissants, sandwiches and especially my coffee is/has been outstanding so far. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone. Today got a ☕ and these wonderful Blueberry Muffins.

Don’t be fooled when you see a long drive thru line, this place moves fast! I drive out of my way to this location even though the one on Pershing Dr is closer because I could order and have my coffee ready here before I would even move up two cars at the other location. Always make my order correct too

One thing is absolutely consistent. They always screw up my drinks and coffee. This was a “Medium” That’s their small cup. If the drink wasn’t 4.50 it wouldn’t be so bad.

You can order the same coffee three different times and it will be made three different ways. For the price, things should be done right. Employees are nice though.

This location is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I live less than a mile away, and will drive more to go to another location. They consistently get your orders wrong, and act like you’re lying when you tell the manager about it. The manager Maria is nice, but the other one is extremely rude, unprofessional, and should not be managing anything.
