The drive-thru employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had a $2 medium iced coffee coupon, which she could not get to work and was adamant that it was not going to work. I had ordered 2 medium iced coffees. It turned out that her rude and disrespectful attitude was more important, than actually realizing that she had rung up the incorrect order instead for a bacon egg and cheese (which is why the coupon wasn’t working). After requesting to deal with a different employee, they got the coupon to work. However, as I was driving away I noticed that one of the iced coffees was completely wrong (it was a mocha swirl instead of a regular iced coffee with just milk). I’ve never been so disrespected and treated with awful customer service the way my family was treated today in the drive-thru. I would not recommend this Dunkin’ location at all.

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but this experience definitely warrants one. 8 o’clock rush and people were waiting a long time for their orders. Staff was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care. Loud conversations about inappropriate topics. Laughing and loud! They seemed to be more like hanging out then working! Customers were upset and rightfully so. I’m all about having fun at work and enjoying coworkers but customers come first!! That’s what you get paid for! Won’t be back to this location!☹️

Just went threw the drive threw and the speaker was rushing me and inattentive to my order. I order my coffee instead of letting me finish he told me to “ pull up “ I told him can I have vanilla frosted donut as well he didn’t add it. I also use the Dunkin app so I had a coupon that didn’t come off at the window bc my order was accurate. Lastly, the employee at 3:30pm on 4/20 was eatting and talking to me with only couple teeth in his mouth and food flew at me. His hands weren’t clean as well and I order whip cream it didn’t feel safe to drink nor eat there which is why I requested a refund because this Dunkin was rude, uncleanliness and rushed. The receipt even came back dirty w boogers ?!

Although the food isn’t to bad and the place is pretty clean, The attitude and unprofessionalism the morning workers give is very rude. If you can’t hear me on the com theres no need to get an attitude. You chose this job for yourself take it seriously. That’s what you get paid for regardless if its minimum wage. Please be more kind and do what you signed up for.

My boyfriend and I come to this place two maybe three times a day everyday. They sell the new midnight Brew coffees, I would say six out of the seven times the coffee was made wrong. They always replace it free of charge but who wants to have to go back every single time? Not me, not my boyfriend. It’s literally something wrong with them making only the midnights brew cuz the manger told me it’s brewed differently than the regular. It’s such a bummer because we both love the midnight Brew and this D&D is 5 minutes from our house. Also the employees are awesome.

Worst experience I have ever had at DD. Ordered an unsweetened ice tea without milk. There was a black woman serving us who insisted there wasn’t milk in it even though we couldn’t see thru the clear glass. Either stupid or didn’t care or both she proceeded to to argue and treat us very rudely. As we were getting a refund a fellow employee pointed out to her she had in fact given us the wrong order yet no apology.

In line for total of 36 mintues, got to window to get coffee and waited about 10 minutes for them to open window and hand coffee that was sitting there amd it was warm at best. Inside was empty and only had 4 cars in front of me not really let’s wait that long for a single coffee type of visit

The workers here are absolutely fantastic but management is something else. Absolutely deplorable I don’t understand how Dunkin could let someone like this represent their brand. The machines look filthy and the food tastes stale as if it has been saved over night. A younger worker was trying to get some cleaning done and was told that that didn’t matter as profit matter more than shutting the machine down to clean it properly.

Got charged 14$ for an ice coffee and two donuts, after I said that they had the wrong price, they still charged me 14$ then my two donuts were supposed to be strawberry and were ur plain donuts with nothing on em, will never go back waited 20+ mins in drive thru
