This location is not my normal area , but I was a little upset that altho they sell refill cups they do NOT have a refill bottom they said …so could not charge me just for a refill ..it still cost me more then a normal medium ,to me that defeats why we purchase the refill cups is to save ..they were snippy about trying to accommodate me. Then my daughter’s bagel was Mini size..she took it out an we laughed ,they charged 5.75 for one bagel w cream cheese * not even extra * an the bagel was the size a 1 yr old could hold an finish alone…never saw one soOO small. I won’t return to the one in Milford personally

As a customer waiting in line, I witnessed a situation that honestly ruined the experience. The store was extremely busy, and there was only one employee working nonstop to keep up with orders. Out of nowhere, a manager came out and loudly reprimanded her in front of everyone, then told her to leave during the middle of the rush. It was shocking to watch and very uncomfortable as a customer. That’s not how staff should be treated, and it definitely didn’t feel like a well-managed location.

I was having some issues with my app. She was so polite & patient with me. Through the entire time till I got my app working. Terry your the meaning of customer service.

Is a very convenient location right off 95.
So clean and organized,super fast service,is very busy in the morning so open your app and get it done mobile order,will be ready by the time you get there( use that smartphone)

Just in case anyone has allergies and wants to visit this location – Don’t. You will need to tell them 4-6 times that you have an allergy, and they will still give you the allergen.

There’s one or two staff here that are pleasant, the rest act like it’s your fault they made mistakes and overall aren’t pleasant people. They will mess up your order and then give you attitude for their mistakes. Avoid this one if you can.

Since moving to Milford, CT there are a few things I’ve had to become accustomed to. One is the absence of free plastic grocery bags available at grocery stores. Another is the overwhelming abundance of reusable grocery bags that clutter up my house because I always forget to take them to the grocery store. Lastly is the excellent customer service, value, and convenience of the Dunkin Donuts located at 275 Boston Post Rd.
The service:
Every service interaction I’ve had at this Dunkin Donuts has been great. The employees are always friendly and admittedly, I’m such a frequent customer that they usually recognize my face in the drive thru, (Shout out to Casey! she is awesome ) and normally just tell me to pull forward because they already have my order ready.
The value:
I know there are plenty of places you can go for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Currently at Dunkin Donuts if you order a medium or larger hot or iced coffee, you can get a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich for $3 along with many other of your favorites. Like $1 for a donut. If you opt for the breakfast sandwich here’s what I recommend. Order it on a bagel. Normally a bagel is $2.19, for 81¢ more with the purchase of a medium or larger hot or iced coffee, you can get the same bagel with sausage egg and cheese.
Now, is this going to be the best sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich you’ve ever had in your life? Probably not. You could probably find a better bagel sandwich at other places, you’re also probably going to pay at least twice the price. Do what you feel is best for you.
I also highly recommend downloading and using the Dunkin Donuts Mobile App, there are many good deals throughout the month and you’ll earn points for free stuff.
The convenience:
If you’re one of those fortunate people that get to wake up early to make the magic happen, the Dunkin Donuts at 275 Boston Post Rd. opens at 4:00 am. Other locations normally open at 5:00 am. Also, this location has easy access to the north and south bound ramps of I95 and the Route 15 Milford Parkway.
The take away:
If you’re looking for one of the best places for service, value, and convenience for coffee and other breakfast favorites, look no further than Dunkin Donuts at 275 Boston Post Rd.

I went the other day and I got a matcha and snacking bacon. My bacon was ice cold and my matcha tasted different and was way to sweet than I normally get it. I usually don’t go back in and say something but I wasn’t going to be able to drink my drink and i’m not eating ice cold bacon. But when I went in I tried to be as nice as possible and not seem like i was just being a pain especially being someone who works in food service and the lady was very rude and made me feel really unwelcome and uncomfortable. She almost started yelling at me. I usually don’t go to this dunkin for this reason. They always mess up my order and the rudeness from the worker was my final straw.
