I wish I could rate this restaurant a zero. Unfortunately I cannot. The service at this particular Dunkin is subpar. Take a look at the picture I’m adding in here. They couldn’t even bother to take the paper off the cheese. It’s not real complicated and they’re not really cooking anything they’re just warming it up. I reported this to customer service and although corporate said the store would contact me, the franchise owner couldn’t be bothered to contact me at all. I will never be going to this Dunkin ever again. I suggest no one frequents this restaurant.

Constantly an issue. I sadly stop here frequently as it’s on a route of mine. Today “sorry, food station isn’t working”, other day, “we don’t have any bagels” last week “we don’t carry liquid sugar”. In the rarity they have what you want, it’s made wrong. The sad thing is I think the kids that work there, (who are different every time) are lying in order to continue talking with the other kids who are just hanging out right by the counter. Seems when management is away, it’s run poorly.

Had to add instant coffee to my iced “coffee” when I got home to give it any coffee flavor. Basically paid 3 bucks for a medium iced water with cream. Girl at the window had a miserable attitude.

It’s was horrible I went there for hot chocolate and it was so watery then a couple months later I went to get bagel minis and there were frozen when I got them don’t ever come here it is the worst Dunkin’ so far I have never had this problem with any other dunkin

Terrible. Stopped by on a weekday afternoon and they literally had not one item we wanted available. Very disappointing. Customer service was good though & the nice gentlemen working was agreeable giving my pup a pup-cup so that helped my rating.

Possibly the worst Dunkin around. You need to get here before 7am or you get terrible service. They gave me the wrong order AGAIN today, and I got the same attitude I get every time they mess up and I politely ask for the correct order. Gave me a latte with whipped cream and I asked for a cold brew coffee. It’s frustrating because this is closest to my house. I have submitted a formal complaint before and got coupons as a sorry and literally no change of their service. I don’t need coupons – I need the right products that I ordered and a decent attitude.
