The worst pizza I have ever had. Pretzel crust meant a poisonous amount of salt dumped across the pizza. Inedible. Pan pizza is suppose to be deep dish thick with toppings… not here. Bare crust spots without sauce cheese or toppings. Sparse toppings on both pizza’s. Very disappointing. The only reason I stopped in was to try the exclusive new Mango Rush… OVERPRICED at 3.99/can. Never again.

I order from this location all the time but I’ve learned to never get the hot and ready items. Today I got some puffs that were already ready and worst mistake ever. They look like they were days old. I’ve also had a pizza made here before that once it was made the guy had it sitting in front of a fan instead of putting it in the warmer. The staff here doesn’t care anything about you getting fresh, hot food ♀️

We ordered food for delivery here and my wife and my pizza tasted like cleaning chemicals and we have since reported it to the health department. We will never order from here again. Thank god we ate it first because we were about to give some to our son.

Placed order online. They didn’t have it ready. Supposed to be ready from 7:48-7:53. Showed up at 810. Ok no problem. They said what’s the order I tell em what it was. 5 mins later they give me the order. I didn’t check it. Bring the pizza home and find out they just added the toppings raw. I asked for “well done” on the app. I also asked for pretzel crust and pizza sauce. Didn’t get that either. The manager didn’t even have the balls to tell me to my face. No stones on this man. There’s a problem you face it like a man. Respectfully say “we messed up we didn’t see it we’ll take care of it” Shame

I ordered a few things tonight and they got 2 of my items wrong wouldn’t be as mad if the total from what I paid vs what I got wasn’t more than a $15 difference. Ordered a sausage pizza and got a burnt pepperoni, I also ordered a large order of crazy bread and got 2 burnt cheese stuffed ones. Tried calling and no one answered the phone at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

Workers rush the orders. I just received an overcooked pizza that the only explanation possible would be that it was rushed through high heat. I ordered through phone and got there in about 10 minutes. To my surprise the pizza was already ready. When I opened it all the cheese was burned with a disgusting taste. to the workers… take your time and make a pizza that you would want to eat. The last couple of times I’ve ordered a pizza from here it’s the same thing.

Normally I’d give this place 5 stars but tonight just really upset me. Whoever this Rudy person they have working there needs some major retraining or training period. I walk in, two people are waiting and no service is being provided. They leave so I walk up to the counter with Rudy passing me about couple of time and not even acknowledging I was there for 4 minutes. Then walks up to the register, that I’m not even in front of, without a word, looks at me still without a “Hello” or a “Hi, how may I take your order”, NOTHING. I give him my order and tells me it’ll be ten minutes (BTW, stop calling it Hot’n’Ready Crazy Puffs. They have never been ready ONCE upon arrival). He does this same thing to three other customers as I wait, just this rude wordless stare when someone is ready to order. Food finally comes out and not even a “Thanks for coming” or any type of goodbye, still this RUDE wordless BS this guy seems to think is how you provide customer service. His service and the situation SUCK because I actually like this location and I’d hate to see it decline.

Pre Placed order didn’t get it till an HOUR later. There were 10 people waiting inside nothing was ready. Walked in 45 after placing she asked what name and said oh let me put it in. Employee was rude just giving out pizzas so we could leave didn’t care about any extra items. Pizza was poorly cut. Manager was no where to be found just one girl and one cook doing orders that didn’t even exists.

If I could rate zero believe me I would this place is complete trash. Ordered one three meats thin crust and it was overcooked and missing the bacon and a slice and everything was just thrown in the center of the pizza the second pizza I paid for extra mushrooms and the put less then the normal amount not only that but everything is just thrown in the center and completely burnt . Worst experience!
