We visited this dunkin 3 times and all 3 times the person taking order wasn’t paying attention and put in wrong. The young man who apparently the manager was very rude and would be very short with us. I didn’t take it personally because I saw him be the same way to other customers. I never received an order made correctly and the worst part was the young man making the food was eating at the same time he was making the food. The place was filthy as well. I think someone should reconsider the management there as it is a beautiful location and such a shame it’s being run this way.

this Dunkin is an absolute disgrace. The careless workers messed up my order, not once, but twice in the third time instead of correcting it they just cover the mistake. I will never go here again.

Always a good stop. Very nice staff. However, got 4 stars as they are the only DD on the Shoreline that charges you for a small cup with ice when you have purchased a not very cold soda from their not so cold cooler.

I’m a bit biased about, “Dunkies” as I grew up on D&D. Yes I spent a good part of my life (nearly 20 yrs) in Seattle (which outside of Starbucks many places ‘do’ out~do Dunkin’)…BuTT, My recent visit to the East coast (Connecticut) reminded me how MUCH better Dunkies is than The ‘Buck…GOTTA HAVE MY DUNKIES!!!
