This Dunkin is the worst. I asked for a small coffee turbo hot and I got a double shot of espresso in a small up no coffee at all then I had to stand there waiting for someone to look at me and help me again which took way too long since the counter is a foot away from them working another employee cooking food had to come and help add coffee to the cup never got an apology …. then I asked for my receipt and the other girl who took my order said I threw it away and rudely pushed me out the door saying that’s why I am pointing at the screen because I don’t have your receipt when she never even offered me a receipt and my cup says double shot of espresso instead of my order she looked at me and said oh I don’t mind the change being off bc you handed me a penny like that’s my problem? none of these girls here get most of anything right here every day I come here and something is either wrong or the attitude here is bad no one from my job comes here anymore because of the issues here too it’s just not worth the time or effort in my day or theirs. also they only worry about drive thru there is hardly any line inside and yet we still have to wait bc they concern themselves way too much with the cars in drive thru

Food is fine although the order itself is usually wrong. What absolutely brings this place down is the service. Have given this place a few tries and every time, each staff member has been rude or careless. No greeting, no hello. they just throw the food at you. You even say thank you and they don’t respond.

Come here every morning work in the area & the morning crew is rude and unprofessional. There’s two of them that actually have a personality Gina & the kid with red hair. They’re the only ones with great customer care. The morning crew is horrible with customer service. Great to treat a regular customer

I work up the street and I bypass this Dunkin’ Donuts and go another 2 miles down the road because for some reason, no matter how many times I give this Dunkin’ Donuts a try, they cannot make a cappuccino right you get a full cup of milk with a cappuccino, especially when they have a boardinside that says 1/3 cup of espresso 1/3 cup of milk 1/3 cup of foam and what do I get I always and I say this again always get a full cup of milk… so I give it a try a couple weeks later and tell them when you steam the milk up give me just a little bit of the milk. It’s OK if it’s strong and what do I get a full effing cup of milk this is gotta be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever and I’ve given these people a pass for the past 18 months. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst the worst. No matter how many times you give these people are passing and you go there to get something they never make it right!!!! it’s almost like they need to retrain their people on different types of drinks…. it’s so bad that sometimes I even go all the way down to 372 just to grab the right. These people probably lose so much money. It’s ridiculous cause I know I can’t be the only one.

The staff was super friendly and did our coffee’s correctly but when it came to my order of egg and cheese breakfast wraps it took them a good 5 or so minutes to make them. I understand if do is other people in front of me but the store and drive-thru where completely empty so rhere is just no reason for such a long wait.

I frequently have issues with my orders at this dunkin, but usually let it slide because I am on my way to work. However the bagel with cream cheese I received this morning is just an insult in my opinion. Whoever made this needs to rewatch their training videos..

Went and bought me and my daughter something quick to eat before going to dmv ordered hash brown which looked like the were old and cold I then gave them back for a fresh order and I was giving back the same hash brown but heated they were so hard and burnt smh ridiculous I called the store and the manager say that is not exceptable we’ll tell your staff that who is training these ppl I pay my money you give me old hash brown then have the Audacity to heat the old hash brown up and give them back hard and burnt they were never fresh
