Bread had mold on it. The other sandwich that was ordered was done wrong. We ordered online and the workers haven’t even started it after already waiting 30 min. Her sandwich was supposed to be warmed up but it was cold. She even got the wrong bread. The worker was so slow and acted like she was so annoyed doing her job. I will be taking my sandwich back and getting a refund. I’m absolutely disgusted. This happened a few years ago which is why I stopped going for a bit. I figured after a few years it would have cleaned up its act but obviously not. Everyone needs to check their bread before eating their sandwich. And i don’t care if it’s a small dot. That’s still disgusting. The sandwich was almost $12 too and theyres barely any mayo on it as well or meat. The other sandwich was cheaper and had more stuff on it.

Food uncovered flys in it (see pic) Girls finish chatting before serving. Closed from 5 to 7pm for “prep”. Or sign No products, no bread, drive thru only. 2pm on a Tuesday. At this point they might aw well close it.

Just door dashed from this location because I didn’t have time to stop on my way into work… this is what I received from the door dasher… what am I supposed to do with this? One there’s items I didn’t order on this sub..2 it seems u emptied a half a bottle of sweet onion sauce and a 1/4 bottle of mayo onto the sub..this sub is was supposed to be toasted (which u can see it’s burnt)but there’s so much sauce on it the whole thing is just soggy and falling apart..tried to pick it up and the sauce and mayo were running outta the sub like water. Thanks for scamming me out of my time and money and food.whoever made this should just look for another job and quit or be fired, if you don’t care about your job/or people’s food your making..

I would have given no stars but it won’t let you. I am done going to this subway orders always wrong, then they won’t answer the phone I understand they get busy but I called for a half hour and when they would answer they hung up. Ordered a pizza sub without the sauce and it is covered in so much sauce it’s gross and chicken on it as well.

Ordered 3 subs. All were poorly made but the steak and cheese was just pathetic. I can’t help but notice your prices do not reflect in your products. Jersey mikes is about to run you out of town with poor quality like this.

Normally good, nice person for service. I ordered online for the first time and everything was wrong on both sandwiches, they gave me a churro not a cookie. They could of contacted me to explain they didn’t have a cookie and refunded me. They had the lobby locked so we could not go inside as well

i ordered takeout, went in and got my food, the customer service was decent. i went home and opened my subs getting ready to eat, they RUSHED with making my sandwiches. all the veggies were not even in the bread , i paid $2 extra for bacon and got 2 little pieces. once i completely opened the sub, it was basically a salad with bread on the side because how terribly it was made. i have never had a problem with subway until i came to this location. i will never come back to this location.

I just thought I would share. It takes me 8 minutes to get home from subway. It’s now 9:02. I waited in line for 6-7 minutes knowing that they had a sign up saying they closed at 9 because of staff shortages. I get that. The car in front of me leaves and I pull up. The lady inside said I’m sorry we close at 9 we’re closed and your drove right by the sign and saw we are closed!all I could say is it’s not 9 and wow! She closed the door on the drive through window and walked away. I was in shock! It’s not 9 and all I wanted was pretzels. Is this how your treat customers? I won’t be back. Who ever owns the subway on Bristol road needs to clean shop here.

Ordered my food before 8pm through the app. It was estimated to be done at 8:15pm. The worker called and told me that they were out of chicken, bacon, and ham due to not wanting to prep. They also told us that we could cancel our order and get our money back. I tried to do so and could not. When I called the store back, the same worker then stated that even though the website and google both state that they are open until 9pm, that she was closing and planned to be out the doors by 8:05pm. I will be contacting the management as they were not there for night shift.
