I have to drink decaf and every time I go in the store they always give me regular coffee.. I always double check and ask are you sure that’s decaf, And I’m always told yes.. They lie II only get decaf maybe maybe not even half the time so I stop going .

Overall the service is fine when taylors not serving… I don’t personally know her but every time I go to that Dunkin it’s an attitude or an eye roll. I accidentally ordered my coffee wrong and simply asked to add caramel to the already made coffee and she snatched it from her employee and rolled her eyes at me.. the other employees are great I’m just not sure what there doing with the new management

Ever since new management has taken over I’ve notice a Decline in worker productivity . A positive working environment promotes a productive business. Workers are amazing and always on top of their game. However I think new management has put a strain on their abilities to preform at their best!

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I truly understand customer service and get the frustration, but they forgot about my order. And then when I mentioned it to them, I saw her make my Maple Bacon sandwich and she put like a speck of bacon on my sandwich. When I go to others dunkin’s they’re not afraid to put the bacon on. When I mentioned it to her she gave me attitude about it “well we’re only supposed to put 2 strips of bacon” OKAY, BUT YOU PUT A SPECK OF BACON??? And then they forgot my drink!

It’s a decent location but please please listen to customers. Ordering decaf isn’t just a flippant decision for me and others. If I don’t have decaf I only find out an hour later when my heart is racing like crazy and I feel like I’m going to pass out. I know I can avoid this by making my own coffee but I’d like to still be able to have my ice coffees with your flavors.

This Dunkin’ sucks I use to go there every Sunday but last Sunday was it! I ordered two orders or snackin bacon and an English muffin bacon egg and cheese and I got one order of the snacking bacon and my English muffin was black chard and hard. There customer service sucks will never go there again. Not impressed
