Dude why is it the owner of this dunkin only staffs ONE frigging person to run both drive through and counter on SATURDAY MID DAY. Every weekend there are lines out the door inside and out with one poor employee trying to do that AND mobile orders it’s absolutely ridiculous. Stop being a cheap Fawk and staff your store through the afternoon. Sure evening you probably only need one person but at 1230 when everyone’s out and about there’s one person stuck by themselves it’s absolutely disgusting

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes. Four cars had left that were in front of me and behind me. Lady taking my order was rude. Asking me over and over anything else. Then I try to use a free coffee coupon on my phone and she scanned it. I ask her if it worked and she goes no, so I asked can you scan it again. She said I already hit cash so it won’t work. Worst service ever, I work in service industry and I just can’t believe this.

They never get my coffee correct. I drink decaf and 2xs they gave me regular. Those two days were horrible. I drink decaf for a reason. The red headed Kinda with freckles will lie straight to your face. I now go elsewhere.

If 0 was an option that’s what they would get. 10 min in line while waiting for them to take an order there. Never again this is the second time this week and it’s pathetic and the only thing they can say is we are understaffed no excuse I’ve been to other Dunkin donuts with 2 people working and they were on time
