This location has a limited menu. They do not have all the dunkins menu items. There is a huge line if you order at 7am, 11am, 4pm (Check-in) and sometimes around 6pm. Expect to wait 10-15 min if a small line or single order. 30-55 min if there’s a huge line or long order. They have three self order kiosks. Four tables to sit at.

This review is strictly for Allan’s great hospitality under pressure on thanksgiving ware it was insanely busy and a shortage of employees lead to crazy long wait times but Allan kept everyone happy made people laugh and smile and when waiting over a hour for there order great job Allan happy thanksgiving! The management was so mess. People can pick up other people’s order. My order was picked up by someone else. The manager said he would do a new order for me. I waited another hour then tried to get my food. But the manager said he forgot to do it! Don’t go there. So frustrated！

This Dunkin’ has one of the most frustrating ordering systems I’ve ever encountered. You cannot use the mobile app to order until after noon – seriously? What’s the point of having an app if you’re going to block morning orders, especially when most people go to Dunkin’ in the morning?
Instead, you’re forced to order at the in-store kiosk only, which completely defeats the purpose of convenience. The result? Lines out the door and long wait times just to place an order. No one is there to assist, and the setup feels more like an airport security line than a coffee shop.
Management clearly doesn’t understand how to handle peak hours. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else for your coffee. Dunkin’, do better.

Prices are higher (about 1$ per item), took 30 minutes to get an order in the morning, several flies around the area, and many items advertised weren’t available (6$ meal deal and cereal latte that I noticed). Understaffed due to wolf lodge not offering reasonable breakfast prices.

Wish I could review the food or drink but being shouted at rudely 20 mins prior to closing that “we’re closed” while they are helping customers and the ordering platform is working is frustrating. Tough when workers decide they should close early because they want to leave.
