Drive thru is always ridiculously slow. This could be resolved by hiring more people per shift and paying them a more fair wage. Usually 1-2 workers on site. I hate having to go to DD. Donuts variety is poor and very expensive.

This dunkin’ should just change its name to Dunkin’ coffee, because going there 3 to 4 times a week I’ve noticed they NEVER have donuts, and when placing a mobile order most times they either don’t give you ANY donuts or just ask you if you’d like to choose from the 2 they have left. This dunkin’ only gets 2 stars because at least the employees are friendly.

Drive through staff are very rude. I was handed a coffee that said 1 mocha on it, I had asked for extra. When I mentioned this, she spat out saying it is extra. I get this coffee from another location daily and it was not. I said, may I have another pump of mocha and she rolled her eyes and handed me the exact same coffee back, without the extra that I had asked for. Very unprofessional.

This location consistently gets your order wrong. make sure you have your whole order before driving off and ask your dasher or whoever is delivering to double check that everything is there.

3 star review due to mixed signals or issues going here. Half the time I go here, my oder is wrong, and a few times the staff was very negative and rude, and refused to fix my issue last time. So I went off on them. I admit it I was out of line, but if you want respect, you need to give it, and not cop a pre teen attitude at the window. You are in the wrong business if you can not handle your job daily.

I go out of my way to get coffee from this Dunkin. Ninety percent of the people who work there are absolutely fantastic. They’re polite, efficient, great people. My coffee never tastes burnt or watered down, which with every other local Dunkin it’s a hit or miss thing (most of the time striking out). Thank all of you there for always making the best start of my day!!

After enjoying a lovely weekend at one of your local campgrounds, our trip was concluded by this terrible experience. I’ve previously managed several Dunkin’s and would be ashamed by the level of customer service I received today. Beginning with the order taker, her tone and attitude is not that of someone you want to be the first contact with your business. After struggling to have my order received correctly l, I was quoted an incorrect price of $23 and told to drive around. After getting to the window I believe I was met by the same young lady taking orders. My receipt says this register was assigned to 327952 Samantha. I believe this to be the same individual because the snarky attitude was similar to what I had just received from the order taker. I handed over my card and was then told that only partial payment was accepted and I owed $2. This was strange but I know that aspect isn’t in the control of the cashier so I gave a 2nd card. While the 2nd card was being charged I was then told that one of my items was unavailable. As I’m sure whoever is reading this knows, this should’ve been done much sooner, especially before I already began payment. I didn’t want a substitution so I was told my order needed to be refunded. I was then asked to pay again, a total of $18.02. When asked what happened to my first payment, I was told it never went through. However my bank account was in fact charged. At this point the cashier calls over a Shift Leader or ASM who didn’t offer much more assistance. I asked for a receipt for this 1st transaction and was told it didn’t exist. The first payment couldn’t be reflected on a printable but receipt “but we see that it didn’t go through, we just canceled it.” However, again, my bank account was in fact charged. I then finally paid again with a 3rd card. On top of all of this, my order was wrong. I ordered a bagel with CC, was charged for butter that I didn’t ask for, and didn’t receive any CC on my bagel. Bad customer AND incorrect order taking/distribution. Completely unacceptable. If you’re not pleasant, you shouldn’t be on orders and window.

Was refused service in the drive through after being told the lobby was closed…I have a heavily modified jeep, they told me they couldn’t serve “non street legal” vehicles like bicycles (again i was in a street legal jeep), the young lady had a TERRIBLE attitude and was VERY rude, someone was on a power trip or having a bad day. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS, PLENTY OF OTHER DUNKINS TO GO TOO

Recently I stopped coming to this Dunkin on account of the poor quality of food, staff, and over cleanliness but today i needed lunch and was served by Kaylee with a smile. She made this trip very enjoyable and she makes an incredible effort to deliver your food and drinks in a timely manner. I will say the establishment could use a deep cleaning. The cutting board used to prepare sandwiches is almost black and the staff could use their free time to clean up the counters covered in milk instead of going on their phones.
