this Dunkin has a larger selection of donuts and the workers are very polite and kind here and this Dunkin seems to be less busy I have gone to the other Dunkin down the street many times and had an ok experience there and didn’t find much donuts at that location 2368 Berlin Turnpike so I tried this location and I prefer this location at 2601 Berlin Turnpike

I’m only writing this cause Chanelle made me a great coffee after I asked her what she likes and has mixed. Irish Cream /w coconut!! Delicious.. I was having a not so great morning and she definitely made it better by being a kind person and wonderful employee!! I hope someone sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves <3

This Dunkin is by far the worst all around the worst fast food I’ve dealt with!! the girls do not listen they are told an order 4 to 5 times and still get it wrong . I’m a former employee from this store and from the manager (Melanie) having multiple breakdowns with employees and customers, to not showing any remorse to customers when fellow employees were clearly in the wrong it doesn’t matter to her. She literally walks on her employers like there the dirt between her feet and it’s sad. I hope anyone that works at this store prepares themselves for her not to take action when you need it the most and her threatening you when you don’t take her side. The closer that’s there now works all alone and I feel bad for him because it be busy and there’s no help in sight. This manager doesn’t know what she’s doing and it’s not right these employees have to deal with such a witch

The location has on its door that it closes at 9pm. On most days out of the week it does, which allows me to get a coffee on my way to work. However, 2-3 days out of the week, there is an employee that closes and he closes the location early. I have asked is there a specific day that this happens so that I will not attempt to get anything but multiple employees have informed me that there is one specific employee that closes early. Supposedly the manager has spoken with the employee but the action continues. I normally would not complain but there have been times where I’m at the drive thru and he will turn off the lights when I pull up, tell me they’re closed through the speaker, or all of the lights will be on but the shade at the drive thru will be pulled down. I spend a good amount of money with this company so at this point, I am trying to figure out if there are certain days I should not be coming or if the issue will be corrected.

I’ve been to a lot of Dunkins and can say for certain that this location is one of the nicer ones. My turkey, sausage, egg and cheese on a multigrain bagel are always super fresh and the bagels are always really soft regardless of time of day. The staff is awesome, quick and friendly. Highly recommend this Dunkin if you’re in Newington!
