Normally not too bad but tonight the girl you have working had me sitting in line for 25+ minutes and then told me to wait when i got to the front i waited another 10 minutes and sure enough shes cleaning when she only has 2 customers. Litterally massive waste of time. Keep 2 people till store closes. Just updating my review spoke to the manager about the situation. Other than this one lady the rest of the team at this dunkin is great.

Worst dunkin ever . Everytime I go I have to wait a RIDICULOUS time. The workers never acknowledge you. The line takes so long. They literally stand there and watch you wait while they continue to talk, most unprofessional employees I have ever came across in my entire life not even one person acknowledged me. They just stand there and keep chatting and walked past you as if they don’t see you. And it’s never even packed Or anyone in front of you in the drive-through . This is not the first time.

This may be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I live in the area so I have been here many times. They are unbelievably slow and frequently get orders wrong. There are other Dunkins close by that are great. Just drive the extra few minutes and go to one of those. It will usually save you time.

Are they open on Sundays or not? I think I might start going to another location. This place is convenient bc it’s close but the wait is always long and Sunday hours are always unpredictable. Food is always cold and customer service is not the best.
