This girl named maddy or Madeline. Ripped money right out of my hand and told me not to go back with cash again. She deserve to get fired or be supervised. That Dunkin to lost my service from going there. She throw my coffee at me and my donut. She needs to get fired to gain my service back. I don’t recommend for people to go to that Dunkin on Pearl st. It just so happened to be torrential raining that day. There is no over hang by the order box so I was getting drenched even when I kept rolling up my window. It was really frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding, perhaps the employee was exceptionally hard of hearing but they didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing.

What can I say, got coffee and left. Ordered from the app….so much easier than going in and waiting in line. Sometimes the wait in line for the drive thru is a bit much. Don’t those people know they can order ahead of time and just “drive thru” and pick it up? So much faster and they usually have it ready to just hand you out the window and you leave. It’s 2020 almost 2021, please order through the app. Dunkin even does promo points towards free beverages if you use the app – a plus, plus if you like to get free stuff!! Literally, I drive up, get my stuff and leave taking like a minute, maybe two, and off I go. Thanks Dunkin!
