I went in there to buy sandwiches for my employees a few times last week. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience as soon as I walked in. This younger generation is going to be the end of America as we know it. I gave the young lady the benefit of the doubt the first day. The second day I am convinced she is not a nice person. I showed my dissatisfaction with the tip she got, which was zero. I love to tip and pay it forward so people can have a better life. But this girl needs to learn the hard way apparently. You don’t get tips when you don’t do your job well! You are not owed anything! You have to work for success! I hope this young lady finds her happiness in life. If she has something going on in life I hope it works out for her. You can’t try to ruin other peoples happiness to make yourself happy! Good luck in your future business Subway in Lockwood! I won’t be back!

During my visit, I found the staff to be unfriendly and abrupt in their interactions with customers. The manager’s demeanor in particular felt unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, but based on this experience, I don’t plan on returning.

Today 9/27/2025, service was terrible they treated me and dad with no respect, I tried making jokes to help lighten the mood but it was met with glares I worked at McDonalds I under the frustration of work but I always tried to keep a smile and help anyone even if it means laughing at lame jokes. They even made me tip them said I must’ve accidentally click the buttons but I know I didn’t, hire employees that know how to be a little bit better

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Teenage girl, her name was anestesia? She was so unbelievably rude, glaring at me and basically groaning each time I spoke, when I asked for olives she grabbed an entire HANDFUL and there was so many you couldn’t even see the veggies, I then asked for mayo and she sighed and layered it on, putting so much that it was pooling out, and while I was paying she was on her phone!? She was giggling and talking to some boy who I presume is her boyfriend or something, horrible service, girl should get kicked out, disgusting behavior

I usually love this little subway. However, yesterday I got my normal sandwich, but they were completely out of black olives, the bread was hard and crusty despite not being toasted, and they teenager behind the counter put FROZEN green peppers and onions on the sandwich. IT WAS UNETIBLE.

I ordered from our local subway and was completely disappointed I received a sandwich that was covered in sauce to the point that I didn’t want to touch it. I ordered it with saracha and chipotle and the sandwich I received had mayo on it that was so much it was running out of it

They made our online order shittily. They didn’t communicate what they were out of and just half assed our order and did not communicate with my boyfriend when picking up our order. The receipt just has “out of sub crunch” written on it, but they had the one sandwich on the wrong bread and not, as per directions, toasted. The worker there doesn’t know the difference between spinach and shredded lettuce and doesn’t know how to obviously follow directions. It’s a waist of money.

I just ordered a foot long turkey and pepper jack. I looked down at my sandwich and it had 4 slices of turkey as they started adding the cheese. I asked how many slices come on a Foot long they all said 4. I quickly googled it because that makes no sense. Google said 12 slices I think the employees are scamming people. So count your meat and cheese slices! So sad

Will not answer there phone and we’ve called like 20 times and then 1 of those times they declined the call. We did a pickup order and they didn’t give us 2 bags of our chips we paid for!! Very bad customer service.

Hands down the worst experience will not be back. Hadley is the most disrespectful employee I’ve ever encountered. She hates her job and it shows. I mean how hard is it to listen to the customer and make their sandwich how they want. 2 people ahead of me and it took 30 plus minutes.
