Ordered online for delivery. Food was subpar in terms of taste. Presentation was messy and they did not follow instructions of what I had asked for. Whats worse: they did not include any spy sauce, duck sauce or fortune cookie – what kind of Chinese restaurant doesn’t include fortune cookies???

I will never be ordering from this restaurant again. My first issue occurred when I was picking up my order. I walked in, placed and paid for my order, the woman at the window told me it’ll be 10 min. I come back to pick up the order only for the same woman that cashed me out try to get me to pay for my order again. My second issue occurred when I got home to eat. I ordered beef fried rice..the beef wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant to get my rice replaced they seemed annoyed at the request but offer to give me another order of rice. I opted to get the chicken fried rice. The chicken looked undercooked as well. I should have taken a pic of the beef fried rice but I’ve included a pic of the chicken fried rice.

Update: I totally forgot this happened and it’s literally been 8 years since they received a dime out of me. I just went tonight due to that the new Chinese restaurant I go to closes earlier and they failed me once again. The broccoli with brown sauce had barely any sauce! I was so mad. Who wants dry broccoli and they’re expensive. Got wings broccoli brown sauce w/ fried rice and chicken came out to like 40 dollars. This will be another 8+ years before I return waste of my money. I’ll stick to panda hut. It’s fresh, clean, not rude and affordable.
The worst customer service I have had in my life. I used to order here from all the time the father used to always take my orders & so friendly. Idk if he’s kids run the place now, but he was rude to my grandma hanged up in her face, then when I called & tried to place and order he was rude to me & said he didn’t care if he charges me or not. Then hanged up in my face. I had to threaten him to say if you charge me Im coming in with the cops because I told you I didn’t want your service & still charged me! Refused to give me my money & now I’m on my way there with the police. This used to be a really good spot to eat, now I have to find somewhere else to go.

China Wok is the only Chinese takeout place I get. I’ve tried other Chinese Restaurants and none of them taste as good as the food from here. It’s local and the prices are more on the cheaper side with what you get.
My personal favorite is the hot and sour soup on a cold day and the general tso chicken combo!

First time coming, food taste fresh and amazing. The food just right and enough to fill me for the whole night. This is perfect for a casual afternoon! I recommend this place as it is my go to for Chinese takeout!

So today 10/24/24. I ordered online like I usually do. I put my card information in and submitted my order but somehow there was an error and the order didn’t go through but a hold was still placed on my debit card. I go to the restaurant to see if I can get an explanation as to why this happened. The young girl that works at the front had poor customer service skills and poor professionalism. I asked to speak to the manager or owner all restaurant have a manager and an owner. For some reason the girl found it funny that I asked to speak to a manager. She said the manager wasn’t there. Than the delivery guy came inside and she smiling at him and kept saying who is the manager like she’s making a joke out of it. The delivery guy explained to me about the transaction pending and it should fall off in 3-5 days if it doesn’t come back to the restaurant to get my refund. My question is why the girl couldn’t have just said that. She have a nasty attitude. She was so rude and unprofessional. I order online all the time from the same website for years and she try to tell me that wasn’t there website. And kept laughing like something was funny. I would never order or step foot in that restaurant again. The public is why you’re in business. Learn how to treat your customers with respect.

China Wok never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The General Tso’s Chicken is crispy and delicious, and the Hot and sour soup packs the perfect amount of spice. Portions are generous, service is quick, and prices are reasonable. A must-try for anyone craving great Chinese food!
