Tried new raspberry watermelon drink. It was ok. Service was great. Very personable young man. This is the busiest dunkin donuts around but it needs a good cleaning.

The worst! Drive thru line oftentimes extends to the street making parking challenging. Going in the store is worse. The last few times I’ve gone in, I’ve witnessed employees arguing, yelling, and crying. One employee was crying about losing her job stemming from a situation in which the shift leader was in the parking lot smoking marijuana.

Every single time I go, I’m usually sitting in drivethru 15 minutes. Literally typing this as I’m sitting in a line going out of the parking lot. Get more workers or pay them more but speed it up. It’s ridiculous.
