When in to get a coffee and grilled cheese. was one couple in line in front of me and the girl couldn’t figure out how to.give them a free donut that she had on her app. while waiting 2 people came in when I got to the register I asked for my coffee and then the grilled cheese the girl snapped she couldn’t make food she was too backed up. Either offer food or don’t but don’t pick and choose and don’t snap at customers

Had great drinks, friendly service. The dining area had no napkins, counters needed clean, trash over flowing. While waiting for our drinks one of the young guys dropped bags and left the on the floor walking around them. I was traveling through so first time impression wasn’t good.

Had eye contact with a female employee, I smiled, she turned to straighten donuts, shuffled racks, and did not acknowledge my presence. I waited for her to finish task, she did not turn around. I left after 2 minutes. Probably will not be back.

The pricing is higher than everywhere around. I live 20 min away and I was charged 1.oo more and I was there for a tournament so about 8 of them or more in a weekend! The drink wasn’t even good so if I’m gonna pay your high prices I should have a good drink!

Went in to get donuts at around 9 am and they did not have any donuts. Was told a person had just gone in and bought every donut they had and was told they didn’t call in the order. I feel they should have been refused. This is a very popular DD. Very disappointed.

Great place to get breakfast or an after school snack! The donuts are amazing and the iced coffee is even better! The staff is sweet and helpful, and nothing is too expensive! So happy that we have one in our small town!

Mikayla is so sweet. I don’t really like the new Vanilla spice, so I ask to have it made the old way and she is great because she makes it the way I like it. She then forgot to make my mini bagels, but I had nowhere to go. She was hard on herself but it was A ok. She is an amazing employee
