I called in this morning about 10:08 and place my order. The guy was really nice said it would be about 25 minutes because they had to turn the ovens on.
I asked them to make me a 12-in pizza but cut it in very small pieces like almost like 1 in by 1 in and they nailed it. I’m eating the pizza in the car so it’s much easier to eat that way. They said the owner actually made the pizza. Give the new owner a try. This place is way better than it was months ago. Todd Eversgerd

Brand New ownership and the guy that answered the phone immediately could not have been nicer. I ordered roasted ravioli and French fries. There fries are really great. Almost like steak fries by but cooked to perfection. I’m very happy that they changed hands and am excited to have what could be a great imos pizza in highland

I ordered Imos via the app, for in-store PICK UP. I arrived and paid inside the store. My order total was $37.48. When I get home and looked at my receipt, Imos had added an unauthorized tip of $7.13, along with new fees bring my total to $45.83.
This is extremely fraudulent and unethical. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
So much for trying to save money by picking up my order.

I recently changed my review because there’s new owners and my imos that I ordered this time is fantastic. The service was really great and I was able to talk to a brand new owner who really wants to make things great here. Give them another chance if you haven’t already.

Sunday September 14th 2025 I ordered a x large half double sausage and half double pepperoni pizza. I would hate to see the pizza that was not ordered double meat, because there was barely 3 pieces of sausage on each square, along with the pepperoni and it was so over cooked that the sauce was dry like sand in the desert and each square was crunchy like a dorito. My first and last visit here. Jacks pizza beats this place hands down and a lot less expensive as well. The pizza went to the trash can.

We ordered the buy one get one large 3 topping pizzas. Carry out. Both of the pizzas had 2 pieces of sausage , 3 pieces of ham and i didn’t bother counting the mushrooms. First time I’ve ever had a pepperoni pizza where it was slathered in honey? Syrup? Some sort of sweet and sticky something or other. $40 for that and a weak supreme pizza. That was one of the most unappetizing pizzas I’ve ever eaten.
